To apply WCM knowledge and methodology to deliver the results in the respective factory, and work with and support the line managers and the team to achieve overall process and factory KPIs.
What you will do
Lead the Steering Committee to maintain alignment of pillar activities towards common objectives
Drive factory strategy governance system in link with Pillars & Cells
Lead the factory in evolution of WCM and success in applying for future JIPM awards
Align the local WCM activities in line with global guidelines and lead to coordinate the quarterly cross and self WCOM assessments
Lead the launching & closure process of WCM wave teams and ensure that all teams contribute to the losses elimination to support factory KPIs
Develop and train people on basic/advanced WCM tools usage
Coach and develop pillars to master methodologies and drive activities in an aligned way through participation in meetings, routines and activities
Regularly audit pillars/teams and ensure governance of the processes (auditing, coaching, follow-up)
Govern Visual Management & Gemba activities in the factory
Collaborate and benchmark with other factories and Master Pillars for implementation of best practices
Lead WCM reward & recognition system in linkage with coordination of factory monthly gatherings
Communicate WCM activities across the organization in an effective way
We believe you have
At least 5-6 years of experience in implementing WCM Knowledge of Production process in factory is preferred Ability to lead and audit team Project Management
