Wealth Adviser Assistant - Pretoria at Hire Resolve

The Wealth Adviser Assistant will provide support to Wealth Advisers in a financial firm located in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Wealth Advisers with client meetings, including preparing presentations and documents
• Research financial products and market trends to support Wealth Advisers in providing tailored financial advice to clients
• Help coordinate client events and seminars
• Manage client communications and follow up on action items
• Assist with account opening and maintenance processes
• Maintain client records accurately and securely

Requirements:

•  Degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field
•  Previous experience in a financial advisory or wealth management role is highly preferred
•  Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
•  Ability to work independently as well as in a team
