• We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Windshield Chip Repairer and Headlight Refurbisher. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs to vehicle windshields, as well as restoring and refurbishing headlights to improve safety and aesthetics. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements    

• Matric / Grade 12 (minimum)
• Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience as a windshield chip repair and/or headlight refurbishment technician
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license (advantageous).
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to lift light to moderately heavy equipment.
• Must have visual acuity and hand steadiness.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Assess windshield chips and cracks to determine repairability.
• Perform professional windshield chip and crack repairs using specialized tools and materials.
• Refurbish and restore headlights to ensure maximum visibility and compliance with road safety standards.
• Inspect work completed to ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized condition.
• Provide excellent customer service, explaining repair processes and outcomes to clients when necessary.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
