Workshop Foreman (JHB East Rand) at AFGRI Equipment

Description

• To ensure that equipment is repaired and maintained.
• Assist technicians in their duties.

Requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

• Grade 12
• Qualified mechanisation technician or relevant experience 
• Valid driver’s license

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

• 5 Years workshop environment supervision

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

• Supervise the repair and maintenance of equipment
• Assist technicians in all workshop activities
• Maintain discipline, investigate and resolve problems
• Maintain health and safety in the workshop by complying with legislation, ensuring safe working conditions, and the correct use of prescribed protective equipment
• Build and maintain good customer relationships while attending to and resolving client queries
• Ensure that all working areas are neat after the completion of tasks
