About the Role

• We are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our workshop. Your primary focus will be on managing workflow, ensuring quality standards, and leading a team of skilled technicians. This role is essential in guaranteeing that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring the efficient delivery of services.
• Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of technicians, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely completion while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, coordinating procurement as necessary to meet project needs.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality assurance measures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide training opportunities to develop team members’ skills.
• Analyze workflow and implement improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in workshop management or a similar role within the industry.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations, processes, and safety standards.
• Demonstrable experience in team leadership, with a focus on developing and motivating staff.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
• Proficient in project management software and workshop management tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
