Workshop Service Supervisor at Network Recruitment

Job Description:

• The candidate is required to liaise with customers and diagnose customer concerns
• Assist technicians with the diagnosis of the mechanical problems
• Will need to service pumps in the workshop and do field services when required
• Strong liaison with the internal sales department
• Will be required to do reports for management
• Build good relationships with existing and new customers
• May be required to travel to Africa. Must have a passport

Requirements:

• 5 to 10 years Technical Experience on Vacuum Pumps and/or Compressors
• Preferably a millwright (stronger in mechanical but sound electrical knowledge)
• Must fluent in Afrikaans
• Can build and manipulate spreadsheets in Excel and use statistics and calculations

Salary Range: R25 000 - R30 0000 per month
