Minimum Requirements

• Relevant Bachelors Degree
• Proven experience in employability/entrepreneurship content design and development
• Proven experience in reviewing and refining youth learning content.
• Strong background in data analysis, particularly in measuring engagement and program effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-impact online learning programs for a youth audience.
• Understanding of current trends and best practices in online education and youth development.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and review existing youth learning content to identify areas for improvement and refinement.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement high-impact online learning programmes for youth.
• Utilize technology expertise to enhance content delivery methods and engagement strategies.
• Conduct data analysis to assess the effectiveness of learning programmes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in technology, online education, and youth engagement to inform content development strategies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand programme goals and align content development with organizational objectives.
• Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing youth learning experiences through innovative approaches.
