    YouTube Specialist/Channel Manager

    The ideal candidate for this role has:

    • 5+ years experience of managing YouTube channels
    • Experience or strong understanding of crypto
    • Previous experience in sales of products, services or affiliate programs
    • Copywriting skills
    • 3+ years of SEO experience
    • YouTube content/presentation coaching skills
    • Strong data analysis skills on YouTube

    Roles and responsibilities:

    • Managing the performance of content across all channels
    • Frequent optimization of content (title, description and thumbnail changes)
    • Utilisation of YouTube data for optimising video assets (title, description, thumbnail)
    • Creating short-form content (YouTube Shorts) alongside the editor
    • SEO for each video
    • Creating optimised sales descriptions based on each show
    • Work alongside designers to conceptualise new thumbnails
    • Upload schedule management (alongside team)
