Job Description
ROLE SUMMARY:

• Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa runs a highly successful six months Work Intergrated Learning from various fields of study. These trainees are provided with an invaluable opportunity to gain practical experience and training. We are looking for ambitious and self-motivated trainees, who pose the following behaviours:

POSITION: 

• Experiential trainee WIL (Work Integrated Learning) 6 months
• Six months learning Agreement for WIL (Work Integrated Learning)

FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow and complete an approved training program as required by university logbook 
• Follow a prescribed FMCSA training schedule to ensure competence and qualifications on completion of the program.
• Required to be placed on rotating shifts in order to meet training requirements

Qualifications - Learning Programme Requirements 

• Full academic record with all S1-S5 modules completed.
• Applicants are required to have successfully completed their S1-S5 modules in their discipline with a pass rate of 65% or higher.
• Industrial Engineering WIL X 6
• Electrical Engineering WIL X 6
• Mechanical Engineering WIL X 6
