• An opportunity has become available for a Zone Secretary. The Incumbent will Co-ordinate and administer operational matters pertaining to the support of the Donor Services and Technical Services Division, specifically relating to general secretarial and administrative tasks for all departments within the zone.

Minimum requirements

Education:

• Matric.
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)

Experience:

• 2 years secretarial and administrative experience

Special Circumstances

• Work overtime when attending meetings held after hours and as and when required.
• Travel required to other branches from time to time
