Lighthouse Law provides these services in the context of large and complex transactions as well as part of managed legal services solutions, developed to satisfy each client's bespoke needs with a particular focus on IT, outsourcing and commercial transactions. Lighthouse Law has a team of attorneys with a deep level of experience in commercial contracting and developing and delivering solutions for managed legal services. We do this by: • appointing a team of attorneys that are the right fit for the client’s organisation and who build a deep understanding of the client’s business. You will always have a trusted counsel available to you who will operate as an extension of your own team; • deploying technology to enable speed, accuracy and efficiency in the delivery of our services; • using tried and tested processes to streamline often convoluted engagements and interactions between the business and its legal function; and • drawing on content and materials for contracts across a wide range of industry sectors which has been developed over many years of structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. For the purposes of our South African clients, Lighthouse Law is a new entity built with a focus on BBBEE, including the development of a training and skills development academy for law graduates who are interested in pursuing alternative training opportunities to what is traditionally offered in South Africa’s legal sector.
