    Job Specification

    • Maintain and support the FA, CA, IA applications
    • Support and develop Allvue Accounting reports

    The Role

    • Apex is looking for an experienced Security Architect to join our growing Enterprise Security Architecture team. You’ll play a key role in designing and guiding the implementation of secure technology solutions across the organization.
    • This role contributes directly to building scalable, resilient, and secure systems that support Apex’s business and regulatory commitments.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design secure architecture patterns aligned to Apex’s technology roadmap and business goals.
    • Act as the security design authority for assigned projects, initiatives, or architectural domains.

    Required Experience & Skills

    • Hands-on exposure to technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, IAM, CI/CD, API gateways, SIEM/SOAR, and data security platforms.
    • Strong understanding of security principles, architecture patterns, and defense-in-depth strategies.
    • Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CSA CCM, MITRE ATT&CK).
    • Ability to communicate complex technical risks and architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Description

    • This is an exciting opportunity for a Fund Administration Manager to work solely on domiciled funds and corporate clients, including London listed investment companies and closed-ended unlisted funds holding positions in both private and listed equity, debt and infrastructure, as well as open-ended funds investing in liquid portfolios plus investment management companies and corporate clients.

    Operations

    Specialist - Back-office Transaction Processing

    Role Summary  

    • The primary responsibility of the Specialist – Transaction Processing is supporting the transaction processing teams to ensure all processes are operating accurately and efficiently. The trade processing teams are responsible for the NXM trade processing, data integration and replication functions. 

    Job specification   

    • Show leadership in the practices and processes of transaction processing.

    Manager Instrument Pricing

    Summary of the position

    • The Manager – Instrument Pricing is responsible for ensuring that all security classes are accurately valued, thereby enabling the accurate valuation of client portfolios. Specifically, Apex is looking for a valuations expert to lead and manage the Security Valuations team.
    • Apex is seeking an individual with proven industry experience in either asset management or fund administration, with specific security valuations experience being an absolute must.

    Outline of main duties and responsibilities

    The main responsibilities of the role will be:

    • Monitoring of service delivery by the teams in terms of SLA and managing clients’ expectations regarding deliverables, including projects and new client/fund onboarding
    • Monitoring and resolving issues that have been identified
    • Management of the team responsible for service delivery of the various functions
