    Head of Controlling (Modderfontein)

    Description

    • Manages the Controlling Department.
    • Responsible for the financial long, mid and short-term planning of the local Sales organization.
    • Ensure Controlling department provides Management Reports with relevant financial KPIs in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Provides analysis of the reasons for deviations of financial KPIs vs Budget.
    • Prepare Management presentation i.e.: Business Review, coordinate the Business Review process with HQ.
    • Responsible for calculation & sign-off of Business Cases & relevant financial ad-hoc analyses.
    • Budgets-Compilation and controlling thereof.
    • Communicate budgets to relevant depts.
    • Working capacity analysis (Head count).
    • Financial Forecasting for IPL and UPL.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • B Com Finance / Accounting (Honours) degree / CTA.

    Homologation and Product Compliance Manager (Modderfontein)

    Description

    • Manage all new vehicle homologations and certification.
    • Manage Conformity of Production (CoP) processes.
    • Ensure that all vehicle specifications comply with existing legislation and management is aware.
    • Formulate, publish and communicate timing schedules related to legislation led design changes.
    • Ensure that all mandatory declarations to relevant regulators are timely done.
    • Communicate with VCA, other similar agencies, and agents working on our behalf.
    • Ensure validity of all letter of authorities (LOA’s).
    • Support Customs Compliance with allocation of correct tariff headings.
    • Assist Sales & Marketing with Certificates of Production and Certificates of Conformity.
    • Manage eNaTIS interface.

    Junior After Sales Business Developer (Modderfontein)

    Description

    • Assist Parts Pricing Analyst with processing of Credit Notes for Special Price Request at Month End.
    • Approve Senior Truck claims and submit month end subsidy.
    • Report to Controlling.
    • Maintain & distributing Monthly Dealer Dashboards & calculation of Quarterly Dealer Rewards.
    • Prepare and distribute Dealer Reward sign-off documents & letters to Dealer Network.
    • Coordinate adhoc Travel & accommodation bookings, coordinating of Departmental Meetings.
    • Maintain & distribute monthly Panel Beater Dashboards & calculate Quarterly Panel Beater incentives.

    • Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
    • Customer focused (Internal and External).

    Experience:

    • Experience in the heavy commercial vehicles industry - 5 years.
