Description

• Assist Parts Pricing Analyst with processing of Credit Notes for Special Price Request at Month End.
• Approve Senior Truck claims and submit month end subsidy.
• Report to Controlling.
• Maintain & distributing Monthly Dealer Dashboards & calculation of Quarterly Dealer Rewards.
• Prepare and distribute Dealer Reward sign-off documents & letters to Dealer Network.
• Coordinate adhoc Travel & accommodation bookings, coordinating of Departmental Meetings.
• Maintain & distribute monthly Panel Beater Dashboards & calculate Quarterly Panel Beater incentives.
• Prepare and distribute sign-off documents & incentive letters to Panel Beaters.
• Analyse Customer and Dealer Sales Data.
• Maintain PDC orders with pricing errors.
• Daily Action Special Price Request from the Dealer Network and maintaining appropriate Profit Margins.
• Update price file daily.
• Daily Sales Reporting and Steering of Sales Meetings.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade: 12 Matric certificate.

Skills:

• Computer Literate.
• Work accurately under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
• Work independently though being a team player.
• Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
• Customer focused (Internal and External).

Experience:

• Experience in the heavy commercial vehicles industry - 5 years.
