    Customer Engagement Specialist

    Task and Responsibilities:

    • Develop, agree, and implement strategic business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Annual and Cycle route and call planning will be required to ensure customer reach of Primary and Secondary hospitals and clinics in a respective cycle.
    • Present Customer specific strategic business plans and value solutions to Provincial District Heads, and District coordinators for buy in an approval to roll out Mirena insertion training to professional nurses and clinic sisters in primary and secondary family planning clinics in the respective territory.
    • Track and monitor stock levels of Mirena at the respective family planning clinics and state depots.
    • Liase with relevant stakeholders to ensure that the clinic is equipped with the necessary instruments to facilitate successful Mirena insertions and create a good experience for the patient.
    • Identify key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, procurement officers, and healthcare providers to drive uptake of Xarelto in Public Sector. 
    • Conduct educational sessions and training for healthcare professionals on Xarelto’s benefits, indications, and guidelines.
    • Work closely with physicians, pharmacists, and nurses to drive adoption and ensure proper usage of Xarelto.
    • Establish and build long-term trustful relationships with relevant stakeholders and customers.
    • Identify and anticipate future customer needs and co-create solutions through mobilizing the right internal resources and stakeholders.
    • Use Bayer Strategies & Systems to maximise return on investment within the defined territory.
    • Pro-actively collect and communicate customer insights to Women’s Health and Cardiorenal Customer Teams.  Provide input to Women’s Health and Cardiorenal Customer Teams with respect to co-creating solutions for customer’s needs.
    • Utilize the advantages of digital channels to ensure holistic customer experience and satisfaction through data driven decisions
    • Ensure early understanding, acceptance and adoption of the designated brands by engaging with and influencing all relevant stakeholders.
    • Maintain a high degree of knowledge of the defined therapy areas and state sector policies.
    • Leverage cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer experience.
    • Contribute to design, update and implement tailored action plans for key customers in close collaboration with other involved functions (e.g. Brand and Customer Lead, MACS, MSL etc.).
    • Track performance through customer and business related KPIs.
    • Provide input and communicate customer feedback to Women’s Health and Cardiorenal Customer Team for promotional campaigns.
    • Report on customer engagement activity and update qualitative customer related information daily in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Veeva.
    • Follow Local Compliance code, local laws and policies.

    Qualifications:

    • University degree, major in medical, pharmacy or nursing is essential Bachelor of Nursing Science or B. Sc in Nursing.

    Customer Engagement Specialist - Gauteng

    Job Purpose:

    • Major Tasks To achieve territory sales, growth, and market share targets, for assigned brands in the Private and Tertiary Sectors. 

    Kay Task and Responsibilities:

    • Create early understanding, acceptance, and adoption of the designated brands by engaging with and influencing all relevant stakeholders.
    • Build trustful relationships with HCPs in the relevant departments at the assigned Tertiary Hospitals and educate them on the Bayer brands.
    • Arrange scientific meetings, and present educational/promotional content to relevant HCPs and HCP groups.
    • Self-development with the latest clinical data, brand strategy and tactics, competitive landscape, and standard tools.
    • Plan, orchestrate and execute customer omnichannel engagements in defined territories tailoring information based on HCP’s needs and priorities and via HCP’s preferred channels to build long term trustful relationships by applying patient focused global standards (PFI).
    • Pro-actively monitor, collect market intelligence to keep Nuclei teams informed about relevant competitor activities and provide input to the Nuclei in formulating counter strategies.
    • Pro-actively collect and communicate customer insights to respective Nucleis and provide input to Nucleis in co-creating solutions for customer’s needs.
    • Continuously enrich the customer understanding by capturing in the Veeva CRM system and taking advantage of the technology and valuable data and insights.
    • Utilize the advantages of digital solutions to ensure holistic customer experience and satisfaction through data driven decisions.
    • Leverage cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer experience.
    • Contribute to designing and implementing tailored action plans for priority customers in close collaboration with core Nuclei teams.

    Quality Assurance Operations Lead

    Key Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Manages Product Quality activities related to product specifications, inspection plans, product placement, seed batch usage decisions/release, product recall & substitution, securing seed stewardship & compliance.
    • Plans and develops Product Quality strategy in accordance with regulatory needs, business growth strategy and customer needs in close connections with the stakeholders focusing on the overall Mission objectives and Strategic Business Plan.
    • Collaborates with Breeding, Pre-Foundation, Production Research, Seed Applied solutions, Product Teams, One Management, Data and Digital to ensure superior Quality products are designed and Participate in PMT providing feedback for Quality improvements, tools and innovations
    • Designs and safeguards communication of non-conforming Outputs related to production process, manufacturing process, product preservation, inspection plans and release that could represent a significant risk to customers, business and/or seed Supply challenges. 
    • Aligns on RSA Quality strategy across the Mission teams, business initiatives and imperatives including movement, testing plans, release, preservation and carry over management.
    • Develops and Manages cost managements initiatives related to Quality and defines reliability innovations in collaboration with the RC mission team - Resource allocation, flows & Quality decision rights for efficiency. 
    • Trains RC Mission and Supply Chain Mission teams incorporating Customer Facing and Customer facing support Squads on Quality specifications & preservation in addition to complaint management
    • Leads complaint management and investigation for timely, accurate resolution and reporting ensuring best customer experience and liaise with One Management Systems for complaint management tools and trainings.
    • Collaborates with Stewardship and relevant stakeholders for effective incident reporting, visibility, investigations and prevention to safeguard our License to Operate
    • Delivers Value through RFT (Right the First Time and FEFO deployment improving the Quality of our Inventory through Prioritization and contribute to managing DNO/WOFFS and forecasting.
    • Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Production and Reliability Programs and be a change leader for continuous improvement and optimization programs, secure effective corrective actions implementation.
    • Designs product and Product Quality Reports/metrics periodically and ad hoc by collating, analyzing, and summarizing info & trends and recommending improvement plans within the RSA Mission Teams.
    • Plans and organizes grow-outs to guarantee Complete Seed certification and release collaborating with production and Quality Testing to secure batch final certification with SANSOR

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelors' degree/master’s in agriculture, Seed Technology, Agronomy or related fields
    • Must have 7+ years' experience in Seed Production, Manufacturing and Quality management
    • Possesses Quality Management system and audit skills.
    • Communication and Reporting skills including data analytics.
    • Good understanding on Seed Regulations in the country, ISTA rules and OECD seed schemes
    • Ability to work cross-functionally within an organization 
    • Ability to lead with informal authority and authentic team leader.
    • Self-motivated, strategic thinker and Systematic in approach.
