    • Provides input to the overall Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Strategy and designs functional plans aligned to the integrated strategy
    • Lead the work on the development on new policies, processes, products, innovation and breakthrough solutions in talent intelligence, channel optimisation and employer branding
    • Actively partner with FirstRand brand and marketing stakeholders around employer branding positioning and intelligence to ensure a prominent and effective presence for FirstRand (the execution of which is managed within the franchises and related brands)
    • Collaborate with FirstRand brand and marketing stakeholders to establish KPI’s and metrics to assess the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives
    • Enablement of critical skills mapping/pipelining with regards to designing processes and standards, conducting research and benchmarking
    • Manage and design effective and shared talent databases and reporting capability, in partnership with People Data and Analytics
    • Lead the exploration and integration of AI, machine learning, and digital platforms to optimise talent sourcing and identification processes
    • Develop talent sourcing practices, lead innovation, and design standards and tools that support FirstRand’s talent objectives, improve direct sourcing and optimize candidate reach, including the creative and effective application of an appropriate mix of platforms.
    • Thought leadership, research and benchmarking leading Talent Attraction and Talent Management practices, frameworks and market trends.
    • Leverage global talent market intelligence to inform long-term workforce planning and talent strategies, ensuring competitive positioning in key talent markets.
    • Build Talent Analytics and channel optimisation capability across the group, primarily through HC Business Partners and Talent Acquisition/Talent Management Partners, in order to achieve and continually improve Talent Attraction/Talent Management outcomes, in line with key business capabilities and delivery of strategic objectives.
    • Act as a liaison between Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Human Capital, and business leaders to ensure alignment of talent insights with broader organisational strategies
    • Contribute to a culture of data driven talent decisions, supporting business objectives to attract, select and retain high performing, value-aligned talent.
    • Use data to understand demand and drive key hiring decisions, and use performance reporting and key metrics to drive the performance of the effectiveness of talent attraction channels
    • Generates insights from Talent Analytics to inform policy and implementation decisions, and measure ROI and effectiveness of programs.
    • Influence the future and critical skills strategy for the business.

    Qualification:

    • Relevant degree in Data science/ Applied behavioural science/ Actuarial science
    • Proficiency with data analytics tools and advanced Excel skills are highly advantageous
    • Experience integrating talent analytics to drive diversity and inclusion is a plus

    You will be an ideal candidate if you have:

    • Skill application in a Human Capital/Talent environment.
    • Experience in employer branding is preferred
    • Experience in executive and board reporting is preferred
    • Proficiency with data analytics tools (eg PowerBI) and advanced Excel skills are highly advantageous
    • Highly numerate and superior analytical ability
    • Demonstrated experience in the design and development of related strategy and frameworks
    • Innovative and future focused in designing and delivering talent solutions.
    • Ability to demonstrate active management and reporting of talent data.
    • Experience integrating talent analytics to drive diversity and inclusion objectives is a plus
    • Strong strategic and commercial acumen
    • Strong analytical skills and data driven capability.
    • Experience in driving digital transformation within HR functions, with a focus on automation and AI in talent processes
    • Knowledge of project management and ability to apply agile methodology in planning and execution
    • Experience in multinational environment or managing global talent pools is preferred
    • Ability to plan, facilitate and oversee knowledge transfer and capability building for the BHC community and monitor effectiveness

    • Define and implement a Records Management operating model and governance framework 
    • Understand the business unit strategy as well as business requirements from a Records Management perspective

    You will be an ideal candidate if you: 

    • Have relevant diploma or degree in Information Systems/Informatics or Information Management. 
    • Have 3 to 5 years Records Management experience. Proven experience in the implementation and management of Records Management practices and solutions.
    • Exposure to record managements topics and methodologies, project management framework, and system implementation lifecycle. 
    • Have experience in Implementation of Records Management and supporting architecture within the financial services industry. 
    • Knowledge of Records Management discipline, processes, concepts and best practice within the context of a broader Information Management framework
    • Knowledge of Records Management principles, standards, policies and governance processes.
