Duties :

• The successful candidate will be responsible for amongst others, the following tasks: Develop, plan and implement students’ counselling and development programmes Facilitate/present study and life skills to improve students’ academic performance.
• Provide Counselling and support to students presenting with psycho-social challenges. Assessment and referral of individual students to relevant stakeholders. Promotion of students’ general welfare, personal and professional development. Advocate for students. Provide support and guidance to Students Leaders.
• Participate in the Marketing and Recruitment of prospective nursing students. Orientation of newly appointed students. Participate in research relevant to Nursing Education, Policy development, review and evaluation of student support programmes. Engage in own continuous professional development (CPD) related to student support.

Duties :

• Develop and maintain relevant documents for the management of students theoretical and clinical teaching and learning according to legislative requirements. Provide quality, effective, up-to-date management of Student Affairs matters related to recruitment and selection of students.
• Manage the record keeping of all student matters pertaining to their education and training programmes. Collaborate with all stakeholders and build sound relationships within the college as well as with all stakeholders. Supervise administrative staff. Monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Assist with planning and implementation of graduation. Develop and update student policies/ guides, develop and coordinate block programmes and allocation of classrooms.
• Plan of orientation programmes and implementation thereof, preparation for and management of the processes of formative and summative theoretical and clinical assessments, and preparation of invigilation lists. Adhere to the Code of Conduct including the dress code.

Duties :

• Facilitate the provision of Education and Training of Postgraduate Diploma students in both clinical and theory. Guide, support and exercise control over Postgraduate Diploma students Implement assessment strategies to determine students’ competency.
• Support the Vision and Mission of the College through participation in Campus and College committee meetings and activities.
• Participate in Scholarly Research and Community Engagement activities at the Campus and College. Participate in curriculum implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and review.

• PNB 1: Matric/GR12 certificate or equivalent. Duties :

• Administer policies and procedures of Employee Wellness Programs (EWP) and Occupational Health and Safety. Manage resources to meet the institution’s Occupational Health objectives.
• Provide Occupational Health services to employees that lead to the promotion, protection and restoration of employee’s health within a safe working environment. Comply with statutory requirements and departmental policies and procedures and administration duties.
• Implement relevant EWP and Occupational Health, Occupational Injury and Disease services to the institution’s employees through the means of the Employee Wellness Centre.
• Implement a referral system for institutions, program development and marketing of EWP services. The incumbent will also be expected to manage medical emergencies, PHC requirements planning and implementation of disaster management.
• Work with Human Resources and other stakeholders in the management of absenteeism due to ill health and injury on duty. Plan and budget for EWP. Identify training needs and develop programs.
• Monitor and evaluate programs. Advise management on legislated EWP and OHS matters. Ensure promotion of health and well-being through EWP and OHS service.

• Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of radiography policies across Gauteng. Ensure effective data governance and utilization for policy and service improvement. Conduct and support research initiatives to inform policy and practice.
• Provide strategic oversight for Sub-directorate (Diagnostic Radiography, Sonography, Radiation Therapy, Nuclear Medicine, Medical Physics, Clinical Technology, and Medical Biology Scientist. Ensure compliance with national and provincial regulatory standards. Support and guide radiography staff to maintain high service quality and patient safety.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance radiography service delivery. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in radiography practices. Integrate radiography services within district health services, including sonography and mammogram services.
