    Administrator: Parts

     

    Job Purpose

    • To deliver clerical work in order to process parts administration transactions accurately and timeously through the execution of predefined work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.

    Minimum Experience

    • 1-2 years experience in a similar environment

    Claims Consultant: SAVM TU Claims

    JOB DESCRIPTION: 

    • The Claims Consultant will contribute to the Organizational goals by validating, assessing and finalizing claims within policy guidelines and performing all claim related functions in a manner that promotes the achievement of Company objectives and service excellence.

    KEY OBJECTIVES, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ensure that policies, procedures and procedures are adhered to
    • Ensure claims are handled accurately as per policy schedule of benefits
    • Capture relevant information accurately to enable colleagues to follow-up and assist clients
    • Ensure reference material / notes on claim file updated
    • Assess, validate and process claims to prevent fraudulent incidents
    • Liaise with customers, third parties and internal stakeholders from a claim administration perspective (Telephonically, face to face and in writing in a timeous manner throughout the duration of the claim)
    • Ensure claims are finalized within prescribed time frames
    • Ensure that the required documentation is completed accurately and thoroughly in order to assist with the efficient finalization of claims

    • Follow up on outstanding diary items/queries/claims with relevant divisions until completion

    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • Computer Literate
    • Minimum 2 years claims experience, specifically in motor vehicle, accident damage or panel beating industry
    • Knowledge of Short-Term Insurance
    • RE5 will be advantageous

    General Manager: Fleet

    Job Purpose

    • General Manager: Fleet is responsible for leading and growing the organisation’s national fleet sales function through strategic planning, strong customer relationship management, and tactical leadership.
    • The role ensures legal and corporate compliance, drives sales and financial performance, develops and maintains key fleet customer partnerships, and oversees the full sales pipeline to achieve volume and revenue targets.

    Controller: Vehicle Stock - (VW Fourways)

    Role Overview:

    • As the Controller for Vehicle Stock, you will be responsible for overseeing the inventory management of all vehicles at the dealership. This includes tracking incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring accurate record-keeping, coordinating with sales and service departments, and conducting regular audits to maintain stock accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administrator Creditors will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts payable process for the company. This includes processing and verifying invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
