    Process Engineer - East London

    Key Performance Areas:

    Minimum Requirements

    • NQF Level 4 Tertiary qualification in TQM Operational/ Quality/ Production
    • Minimum National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial Engineering
    • Minimum 2 years of quality experience within the automotive environment.
    • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience within the automotive environment
    • Minimum 2 years tool making/ Millwright experience
    • Minimum 2 years exposure to S.P.C/ F.M.K
    • Familiar with TSAM documentation will be an advantage

    Fitters

    Key Performance Areas

    • Repair and maintain press machinery to ensure customer and company quality standards are met.
    • Do preventative maintenance a per maintenance schedule and according to job cards and relevant work instruction.
    • Compile feedback on time sheets to ensure accurate repair data and forward to the Team Leader
    • Ensure that company procedures, work instructions and quality systems are always adhered to
    • Participate actively in the departmental mini business as per company requirement
    • Ensure that work practices comply with the company SHEQ procedures and work instructions.

    Knowledge and Skills required.

    • Technical Techniques
    • Press machinery repair and maintenance
    • Manufacturing processes
    • Basic understanding of quality systems
    • Communication
    • Problem solving

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • NQF level : N5 Qualified fitter/Fitter & Turner/ Millwright
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Fitter / Millwright within an Automotive environment
    • Hydraulic and mechanical press experience
