    Continued Airworthiness Coordinator

    Description

    • Provide administrative support to the RPA and Airworthiness Specialist in their daily duties and responsibilities;
    • Responsible for reviewing and accurately updating FlySafair systems; - Maintain the register for all Contracts and verify the validity of such Contracts;
    • Ensure all maintenance records are kept as required by the regulatory authority;
    • Monitor validity of Certificates of Airworthiness, Radio Licences, CRS, RVSM, etc and make necessary applications;
    • Be the first point of contact for the team, fielding telephone calls and taking messages;
    • Assist the Airworthiness Specialist in preparing new sections or revisions to existing Technical Publications;
    • Populate monthly technical reports;
    • Build and maintain relationships with Regulatory authorities.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential);
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Aviation, specifically in the Maintenance environment (Essential);
    • Relevant Diploma or Degree (Advantageous)
    • Good understanding of the CAA regulations;
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (word, Excel and Outlook);
    • Excellent communication skills.

    Crew Support Administrator

    Description

    • Monitor stock levels to prevent over or understocking;
    • Gain approval for requests and order stock as required;
    • Capture vendor information for billing purposes;
    • Maintain records of uniform distribution;
    • Evaluate and process uniform requests in line with company policy;
    • Track shipments and address delays;
    • Assist with coordination of uniform fittings;
    • Address all queries related to uniforms as well as order discrepancies;
    • Monitor PPE inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and prevent shortages or overstocking;
    • Submit procurement requests and obtain necessary approvals before placing PPE orders;
    • Capture and maintain accurate vendor information for invoicing and compliance purposes;
    • Maintain detailed records of PPE distribution to employees and departments;
    • Review and process PPE requests in line with company policies and health and safety standards;
    • Track deliveries and proactively resolve any delays;
    • Support the coordination of PPE fittings or sizing requirements where applicable;
    • Respond to all PPE-related queries;
    • Assist Cabin, Ground and Flight Deck with ACSA parking applications;
    • Address parking related queries;
    • Upload invoices and cost coding to Finance;
    • Update the parking list monthly;
    • Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, and deliveries;
    • Schedule appointments and meetings where required;
    • Book venues and meeting rooms upon request;
    • Obtain sign-off on invoices and upload invoices to SAGE X3 for approval and payment;
    • Assist with obtaining quotations from suppliers when relevant;
    • Share general notices and other communications with Cabin, Ground and Flight Deck.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential);
    • 1-3 years Administration experience (Essential);
    • Experience in the aviation industry (Desirable);
    • Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS word and MS Outlook (Essential).
