    Chief Executive Officer - Leratong Hospital (Level 13) (5-Year Fixed Term Contract Appointment)

    Requirements :

    • A Grade 12 Certificate, an appropriate Degree (NQF level 7) in health-related field and current registration with the relevant professional body.

    Assistant Director - Active Directory and Server Administrator / Network Controller

    Requirements :

    • A Matric Certificate. An appropriate three years National Diploma/Degree in Information Technology. Related Microsoft Technical certificate/s and certification in A+, N+, MCITP, MCTS and Microsoft 365 would be advantageous.
    • Advanced Computer skills in the virtual architecture and server-based systems are necessary, as well as Office applications. Three (3) or more year’s technical support experience with at least one (1) year emphasis on implementing server infrastructure and storage technologies and platforms.
    • Active Directory exposure in installation, configuration, and maintenance domains in an enterprise environment using Windows Server 2012/2016, File Server Management, DHCP services and DNS, amongst others.
    • Experience in implementation and administration of virtualization platforms, VMware and Hyper-V, and their underlying storage and networking, and cloud technologies & strategies. It is also important that the incumbent has exposure in a supervisory capacity for a minimum of 3 years.
    • Client orientation and good customer skills. Good verbal and written communication skills plus report writing. Good problem solving and analytical skills.     Duties :

    • Ensure continuous availability of servers, Active Directory, and enterprise systems with minimal downtime. Supervise installation, configuration, upgrading, and patch management of servers and AD environments. Implement and maintain security policies, including user account creation and management, role assignments, and access privileges.
    • Monitor vulnerabilities across all servers and ensure timely patch compliance. Manage domains, user profiles, and ensure compliance with IT regulations and departmental policies.

    Staff Nurse Grade 1

    Requirements :

    • Qualifications that allow registration with SANC as Staff Nurse (Enrolled Nurse). Current registration with SANC as Staff Nurse (Enrolled Nurse) Knowledge of nursing care processes and procedures, nursing statutes and other relevant legal principles.
    • Basic communication skills, elementary writing skills, ability to function as part of a team and interpersonal skills.

    Requirements :

    • Grade 12 with appropriate Diploma / Degree in Health Promotion with five (05) years extensive relevant experience of which three (3) years’ experience must be at supervisory / managerial level.

    • Monitoring and participating in the gradual expansion of adoption of Healthy Lifestyles in Ekurhuleni. Outbreak response and Community engagement interventions. Support meetings in the district and Provincial office and provide feedback. Source IEC material, maintain a resource center and disseminate IEC material. Implement the district health promotion plan. Work with private sector and organized labour to promote healthy lifestyle practices in the workplace and institutions of higher learning.

    Requirements :

    • Senior/National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) and MBChB or equivalent certificate. Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa for Independent Practice (Medical Practitioner).
    • Medical Officer Grade 1 no experience after registration with HPCSA,

    • Minimum of 4 years Degree in Ultrasound or 2 years B-tech in Ultrasound that Allows a registration with HPCSA as an independent Sonographer. Proof of current registration with HPCSA.
    • Sound knowledge of musculoskeletal and general ultrasound. Quality assessment procedure, computer skills, leadership skills and excellent time management skills, written and verbal communications skills and repot writing. Honesty, integrity and high work ethic. Good interpersonal skills and team work necessary.
    • Knowledge of Public Service legislation, policies and Procedures Knowledge of current DoH guidelines and public governing the health Sector and Radiography profession.
    • Knowledge and relevant experience in Radiographic procedures. Quality Control Record keeping processes is essential. Willingness to do shifts as and when required essential.

    Duties :

    • Provide high quality service, utilize and maintain equipment to ensure patient safety while adhering to professional prescripts. Compile reports and monthly statistics. Knowledge of performance management system (PMDS).
    • Training of students’ sonographers. Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement programs and ideal hospital realization framework.
    • Provide information and support to Doctors on Patients Ultrasound diagnosis/reports. Promote Batho Pele Principles in execution of all duties and effective service delivery. Ensure that all Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to.
