    Junior Sales Representative

    Your Responsibilities include:

    • Respond to and qualify inbound leads through various channels, including website inquiries, emails, and social media.
    • Effectively engage with potential customers to gather essential information and understand their needs.
    • Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers who align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
    • Gather essential information about the identified prospects, including their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
    • Initiate personalised outreach to the identified prospects through various channels, including phone calls and email communication.
    • Collaborate with the senior sales staff to strategize and refine outreach approaches based on customer profiles.
    • Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects to introduce our products/services and identify potential opportunities
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients using effective sales techniques.
    • Conduct product/service demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities

    Required Skills:

    • National Certificate (Matric) or equivalent 
    • Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment
