Your Responsibilities include:

• Respond to and qualify inbound leads through various channels, including website inquiries, emails, and social media.
• Effectively engage with potential customers to gather essential information and understand their needs.
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers who align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Gather essential information about the identified prospects, including their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
• Initiate personalised outreach to the identified prospects through various channels, including phone calls and email communication.
• Collaborate with the senior sales staff to strategize and refine outreach approaches based on customer profiles.
• Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects to introduce our products/services and identify potential opportunities
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to clients using effective sales techniques.
• Conduct product/service demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities

Required Skills:

• National Certificate (Matric) or equivalent 
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced sales environment

• Your historical record reflects at least 5 dedicated years of international headhunting experience on high level engineering assignments in similar field

• You can show us past billing records
• You demonstrate multi-dimensional, purposeful sourcing skills in the international upstream and downstream industries
• You will be a fit for our efficacious, respectful team
