    Procurement Administrator

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Vendor and Delivery Management: Work with vendors to ensure committed delivery dates are met, coordinate the timing and means of delivery, and manage critical part expediting. React and communicate any deviation from vendor committed delivery dates to the Category Lead and maintain close relationships with Senior Buyers.
    • Supplier and Orderbook Management: Work with suppliers to action all exception messages, requests from the business to change delivery, and support suppliers in managing PO Confirmations and Delivery dates in Coupa. Manage the orderbook, communicate changes to internal and external stakeholders, and align with suppliers weekly.
    • Operational and Administrative Tasks: Create, expedite, and confirm Intercompany purchase orders, manage delivery dates on SAP, update order details, inbound orders on ERP, and support importation and customs processes. Determine required mode of transport for goods, resolve invoice queries, and communicate changing requirements with suppliers.
    • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to HSE and housekeeping requirements, adhere to the Duty of Care Policy at all times, and take on any other responsibilities commensurate with the role.

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

    • Diploma in business, logistics or related Supply Chain discipline. Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, or company regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Effectively present information and respond to questions.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.  Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
    • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, COUPA, and ERP equivalent systems.

    Technical Customer Service Manager

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Manage, coordinate, and support the MOS team: This role will primarily be to ensure Motion Metrics Africa's existing team of on-site and remote MOS have all of the training, tools, site access and guidance to perform their work safely and effectively. This will require a regular cadence of on-site presence at new and existing customer sites.
    • Coordinate new system installations: The technical customer service manager will take accountability from the Sales Manager once a new system has been booked to coordinate the installation of new systems, as well as ensuring that Motion Metrics Africa is adequately stocked with spares to support.
    • Collaborate with the Vancouver product teams: Support any regional requirements the Vancouver product and engineering teams may have of regions to enable product development and optimization, and stay abreast of the current and forecasted product development pipeline to ensure that MOS team have up-to-date skills and capabilities.
    • Be a Customer Success Collaborator: Assist the Sales Managers and Customer Success representatives, from a technical and hardware perspective, to ensure Motion Metrics Africa delights its customers and provides continuous value through ensuring system uptime and performance.

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: 

    • Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above.
    • Technical qualification (qualified artisan or graduate level engineering qualification preferred).
    • Management experience, ideally of a technical on-site field service team in a mining environment.
    • Experience in customer communication at a technical and project level.
    • Experience working on-site in a mining environment in a technical capacity, including arranging site access, induction, and safety protocol adherence.

    General Manager: Projects

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategy Deployment: Develop functional strategies into clear operating plans and procedures to meet service and delivery standards, ensuring a positive customer experience for both Aftermarket and Original Equipment projects.
    • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the efficient development, design, delivery, and commissioning of a portfolio of customer projects and orders. Act as a key interface with other areas of the business. Lead the Project Management team and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Build and maintain networks and relationships with peers across the internal business to secure necessary resources for achieving medium to long-term business plans and project objectives.
    • Project Execution: Oversee the execution of both Aftermarket and Original Equipment projects and orders, ensuring they meet schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
    • Process Improvement: Continuously improve processes and systems to ensure strong governance and management of projects from pre-award to delivery and contractual closure. Implement continuous improvements to ways of working, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Pre-PO Support: Provide support in estimation, project schedule development, and commercial negotiation before purchase orders are issued.
    • Project Delivery Scope: Manage both Aftermarket and Original Equipment projects, including Integrated Solutions projects. Coordinate with the Quality team to support inspection of parts in 3rd party shops and finished goods. Ensure timely milestone invoicing and cash collection, and minimize liquidated damages (LDs). Identify and resolve potential obstacles that prevent project completion in a timely fashion.
    • PMO Framework: Establish and maintain a Project Management Office (PMO) framework to reliably execute customer-facing projects, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance processes, systems, and people capability.
    • Team Leadership: Lead the Project Management team and project resources engaged in executing projects. Establish performance expectations and resource allocations consistent with desired results. Continuously monitor the achievement of team objectives in support of departmental business plans. Provide ongoing motivation, coaching, guidance, feedback, and mentoring support to the team.
    • Budgets: Develop and manage function budgets to ensure efficiencies and value for money. Make recommendations on resource and budgetary requirements and allocation for senior leadership. Provide project closing forecasts at the beginning of each quarter and effectively manage monthly output in alignment with the forecast.
    • Customer: Ensure a positive customer experience during project execution. Manage customer relationships with regards to outputs, cost, and performance. Manage project variations and limit scope creep.

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

    • Education:  Industrial Engineer Degree.
    • Post Graduate Education: Advanced education in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Planning is highly desired.
    • Years of Experience: At least 10 years of related experience and/or training.
    • Relevant Fields: Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, and Project Management.
    • Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desired.

    Executive Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain the MD’s schedule and appointments. Arrange and coordinate meetings, divisional/group visits and functions, including booking venues and preparing itinerary, agendas and programmes.

    Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent
    • Previous experience as a personal assistant or similar role.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and take initiative. Professional demeanour and presence. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
