Introduction:

Our client is based in Modderfontein, Gauteng and they are looking for a Assistant Warehouse Manager for a *1 month contract.*

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting the warehouse manager in the successful and timely flow of production work.
• Assist with and oversee all work that is set-up during the day.
• Establish and maintain designated work areas and arrange as needed, ensure orderly and safe conditions at all times.
• Ensure proper working condition of work areas, grounds, trucks, tools, fixtures and equipment; arrange for repairs/replacements as needed.
• Responsible for working with the warehouse manager to ensure accurate and timely shipping and receiving of all subcontract work materials and finished products.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

• Matric.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience within a Retail Warehousing Environment.
• Work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 packages.
• Work on WMS and WCS warehouse packages – if possible.
• Must be immediately available. --ESSENTIAL
• Must live in the Gauteng area.  -ESSENTIAL

Package & Remuneration:

• Market Related.
• 1 Month Contract.
