Position Summary
We are in the market for an Inside Sales Representative with native, bi-lingual or business proficiency in German to join our salesforce in Cape Town. As ISR you will retain and grow existing accounts, whilst also sourcing and acquiring new logos.

What You Will Do

• Grow accounts by identifying new sales opportunities with existing customers through industry changes within customer verticals or security updates
• Retain customers through building and maintaining strong relationships
• Account planning
• Opportunity/deal management
• Strategize and come up with initiatives to deliver against sales targets
• Pipeline Management
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
• Manage inbound and outbound contacts of potential and existing customers via telephone, email and live chat

What You Have

• Native, bi-lingual or business proficiency in German (essential)
• 1+ years of sales experience with a proven B2B track record
• 1+ years of customer retention experience
• Sales acumen, up-sell capability, attention to detail, goal-orientation, and strong time-management skills
• Resiliency, trustworthiness, creativity, solution-orientation, and passion for technology sales
• Tool Experience: Salesforce & Microsoft Office products (advantageous)

• 7+ years of professional experience developing in an object-oriented language (Java preferred)
• Expertise developing and consuming RESTful Web Services
• Strong knowledge of both relational and non-relational (NoSQL) database
• Experience with service-based architectures and CI/CD practices
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Strong knowledge of software engineering best-practices, design, and architecture
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Technology Stack: Java, Spring, Kubernetes, Docker, React and MariaDB
