    Digital Advertising Specialist (digital marketing agencies experience mandatory)

    Job Description
    This is your opportunity to develop, lead and implement a digital advertising strategy for the world’s leading omnichannel communications platform. Create and manage Infobip’s Growth Marketing paid & organic advertising campaigns including search, social media and display advertising on the regional level, with responsibility for campaign analysis and optimization to drive leads.

    This role will also lead strategy and operations for Infobip’s digital advertising growth marketing segment, including budgeting; working with various agencies, partners and vendors; and building relationships with internal teams and key stakeholders.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Define (and not only execute) digital advertising strategy and tactics on the regional level specific to lead generation needs
    • Define (and not only execute) digital advertising campaign budgets and media plans 
    • Implement advanced digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, social media, and display advertising
    • Optimize and manage launched campaigns using various analytics tools (proficiency in Google Analytics required)
    • Coordinate with Analytics specialist to monitor campaign success, including campaign tracking and evaluation; monitor web analytics in accordance with internal goals
    • Research external tools and software for campaign optimization
    • Create reports detailing results of digital advertising campaigns
    • Work with external partners, agencies and vendors to optimize campaign performance.
    • Coordinate with Infobip regional marketing teams to align on strategy for specific markets
    • Maintain high-level product knowledge to ensure the organization retains a leadership position

    More about you:

    • 4+ years’ experience in digital advertising (digital marketing agencies) including paid search, social media, display advertising, and B2B lead generation campaigns
    • Ability to analyze data and metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
    • Knowledge of Data Studio and Reporting Tools
    • Strong focus in lead/demand generation tactics and strategies.
    • Excellent knowledge of paid search (Google Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), and Google Analytics (certifications preferred)
    • Passion for digital and online media, researching and understanding industry trends is second nature to you
    • Organizational, people and project management skills (Excel, PPT, etc.)

    Social Media Specialist (SaaS / Cloud experience mandatory)

    Job Description
    Main Responsibilities:

    • Leading, designing and implementing a social media strategy on all branded social media channels globally, in cooperation with employer branding team
    • Developing a strategy to increase follower engagement and increase revenue
    • Increasing and improving internet visibility and generate traffic using expertise around optimization, promotion and distribution
    • Working with an international digital marketing and employer branding teams in campaign and media strategy
    • Answering around key performance indicators
    • Exploring emerging trends and markets and implementing new technology and opportunities for innovation
    • Responsibility for constantly increasing the online community and raising content on social media (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
    • Strengthening the client’s brand and engaging the community on social media by creating creative and engaging content
    • Monitoring social media accounts


    • You have 5+ years of experience in a similar role
    • Previous experience in B2B/IT tech, SaaS is an advantage
    • English language proficiency
    • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
