    Retail Operations Executive

    The Retail Operations Executive ensures that all touchpoints where the brand experience is delivered are done to the correct global, PMI & brand standards including, Boutique stores, Kiosks, Pop-ups, normalization activities, and other unconventional touchpoints. Strong communication & negotiation skills are also vital as this role requires a significant number of external negotiations and working with people.

    Your ‘day-to-day’

    • Monitor and evaluate all activities taking place in stores, kiosks, and pop-ups to ensure global PMI standards are met.
    • First point of contact for Operators and Agencies regarding store, kiosk, and pop-up activities
    • Assist Coaches in the field with normalization activities related to set-up and brand experience
    • Participate in negotiations for new touchpoints, both conventional and unconventional.
    • Work closely with the commercial planning team to ensure the smooth execution of normalisation activities
    • Work closely with the Key Accounts department to ensure successful implementation.
    • Regular communication with the marketing team to ensure messaging consistency and timely content development for the consumer experience across all touchpoints
    • Collaborate closely with Commercial Operations Development (COD) to ensure that all staff is properly trained
    • Deployment of projects and initiatives while ensuring effective execution of consumer journeys to enable a seamless omnichannel consumer experience across experiential touchpoints
    • Provide consumer insights and leverage on the outcomes of huddles and net promoter score (NPS) inner loop practices, and support consumer experience in identifying and addressing experience gaps and opportunities
    • Deployment of projects and initiatives while ensuring effective execution of consumer journeys to enable a seamless omnichannel consumer experience across experiential touchpoints
    • Provide consumer insights and leverage on the outcomes of huddles and NPS inner loop practices, and support consumer experience in identifying and addressing experience gaps and opportunities.
    • Deliver on-brand store experiences while adhering to Brand, Marketing, and Consumer Experience guidelines

    Who we’re looking for

    • A completed degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or Supply Chain is preferred
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in senior retail, marketing within retail, or FMCG environment is required
    • High level of proficiency with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Teams
    • Proven experience in Data Analytics & reporting
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with different stakeholders on various levels in the organization
    • Proven networking ability and established public relations skills
    • Detail-oriented and goal-oriented
    • Good analytical thinking & prioritisation
    • A valid driver's license
    • Capability to travel

    Strategy & Program Delivery Analyst

    The S&PD Analyst needs to have extensive business knowledge required to translate business inputs into financial actions for the company by:

    • Contributing insights to the allocation of investments
    •  Enable beneficial investment decisions across all commercial areas

    Your ‘day to day’

    • Commercial Partnering & Support for budget management and forecasting
    •  Maintain the allocation structure for commercial as it relates to cost centres (CC) and work breakdown structures (WBS) ensuring the Authorized Signatory Matrix is updated timeously.
    •  Ensured aligned forecasted budget spend for commercial as outlined via the Integrated Consumer Plan (ICP)
    •  Develop, enhance, and maintain the commercial finance database relating to actuals, rolling forecast and original budget
    •  Be a key liaison between commercial and support departments
    •  Monthly tracking, analysis and reporting of business and overheads commercial spend
    •  Prepare input database for Tagetik and ensure forecasts are updated for projects and overheads during rolling forecast cycle

    Project Management Office support

    •  Track Project ROI
    •  Manage the IT/Capex request process within the market
    •  Ensure depreciation is correctly accounted for in forecasting cycles
    •  Consolidate and analyse project FTE to assist in the effective use of people resources across full project portfolio with close collaboration with the Commercial Program Manager (CPM)
    •  PMO Process Efficiency Custodian (PMI PM tools, templates etc.)
    •  Contribute to better portfolio visibility by ensuring accurate creation and management of projects in ePPM through data quality audits, provide support and training to project managers on the use of ePPM
    •  Support with the preparation for Project Portfolio Health Reviews (Local & Regional)


    Who we are looking for

    •  Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Management Accounting
    •  Preference will be given to Professionals on the path towards CIMA/CA(SA)/ACCA or Relevant Honours or Postgraduate Qualifications
    •  Minimum 2 years of Commercial/Marketing Finance experience in large FMCG/CPG businesses

    Skills/competencies and experience:

    •  Strong foundation of business knowledge
    •  Experience in in-depth financial analysis, utilizing of data for story telling
    •  Good understanding of budgeting and reporting (preferably in multi-national environment)
    •  Project Management experience would be an advantage - experience on ServiceNow or similar project management tools would be an advantage
    •  Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills is essentional
