    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To provide an efficient and effective point of contact for new and existing Personal Affluent Market customers within the Coverages and through Proactive initiatives.
    • To provide an onsite selling capability to lead sources.
    • To acquire new bulk Personal and Affluent market business within the relevant Coverages.
    • To ensure that the customers’ banking needs are identified and fulfilled efficiently and cost-effectively, while managing the risks associated with new accounts, mandates and specimen signatures.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • To conduct analysis on property data in order to make informed credit decisions and recommendations within the Home Loans portfolio, South Africa.     • To provide statistical and financial insights into the establishment and the attainment of the financial objectives of the Business Unit, predictive financial modelling and insights, as well as analytics for Consumer & High Net Worth, SA.     Officer, Customer Due Diligence

    •  To investigate potential high risk customers in terms of the Group Minimum Standards for customer acceptance.
