The Job

The role entails managing projects which are related to innovation.  The position requires someone who can work closely with the leadership and various other teams, in order to ensure successful implementation of strategy and innovation projects, as well as carrying out analysis and acting as a filter for new ideas coming from within the organization.  This will be done by:

• After conceptualisation, you Identify new Partners on the ground in order to nurture, and test out new ideas while also monitoring the progress of the plan.
• You make sure that the projects are going smoothly and if needs be, you make proposals in order to make any improvements.
• Working closely with internal Stakeholders, making sure that at the end of a successful project, it is embedded in the organization for future use.
• In order to support Triggerise the strategic projects of Triggerise, you carry out market research and benchmarking, making sure that various teams understand the external environment and how it relates to their goals.

About You

You are a very proactive, curious natured person with knowledge of business ways, innovation and strategic working.  Working hands on, in a cross-functional role, with an agile mindset is something you’re used to and excited by.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Masters degree in a similar or relevant field is advantageous 
• You’re an excellent communicator who is open to change and able to work across different teams.

The Rewards

The salary brackets for  this position, excluding benefits, in South Africa is R43 403 per month  - R65 105 per month.  We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.

The Job

As a Information Security Officer you will be responsible for ensuring all of Triggerise data and IT systems are safe. You'll do this by:

• Ensuring that all information risks are mapped across the organisation in terms of IT systems and data by developing plans to mitigate these risks.
• Developing data and access policies, controls and standard operating procedures that balance ease of use with information protection.
• Coordinating how we handle incidents of data leaks or information security breaches.
• Coordinating, implementing and adhering to various procedures across the organisation.
• Making sure that the data you handle is secure and safe with regards to information security & personal data.

About You

You take a proactive approach to problem-solving and have a logical way of thinking. You are a clear and thorough communicator. You want to continue to develop yourself and keep abreast of new developments. You run, get involved with, and help out colleagues on other projects as needed.

Requirements

• An in depth understanding of IT and internet data security
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills
• Good teamwork and communication skills

The Rewards

The monthly salary bracket for this position is R35 870 - R53 806 in South Africa, KSH 186 444 - KSH 279 666 in Kenya, and €1 876 -  €2 831 in Portugal, plus benefits and allowances.
