    ServiceNow Software Developer (6-Month Contract)

    • Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Developer for a 6-month contract based in Sandton.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical development, configuration and implementation of ServiceNow Operational Health and Safety (OHS) capabilities, with a strong focus on digitising and automating workplace inspection, audit and contractor safety processes.
    • This role requires a technically strong ServiceNow professional who can translate OHS business requirements into practical, scalable digital solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, configure and implement ServiceNow OHS solutions and capabilities.
    • Digitise and automate workplace inspection and audit processes.
    • Develop and configure digital inspection checklists, registers, appointment letters and certificates.
    • Build workflows and automation to improve OHS processes, approvals and compliance.
    • Develop a digital platform enabling contractors to upload safety files for review and approval.
    • Implement workflows supporting the review, assessment, approval and tracking of contractor safety documentation by OHS specialists.
    • Configure ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, notifications, catalog items and other platform components.
    • Translate business and OHS requirements into technical solutions.
    • Integrate ServiceNow capabilities with relevant enterprise systems where required.
    • Troubleshoot, test and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
    • Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation support.
    • Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, security requirements and governance frameworks.
    • Collaborate with OHS specialists, business stakeholders, project teams and technical teams.
    • Produce appropriate technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

    Required Experience & Skills

    • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Software Developer / Technical Consultant.
    • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration.
    • Experience implementing and developing ServiceNow Operational Health and Safety (OHS) solutions.
    • Demonstrated experience digitising and automating workplace inspections and audit processes.
    • Experience developing checklists, registers, appointment letters and certificates within ServiceNow or similar digital platforms.
    • Experience designing workflow-driven approval processes.
    • Experience developing solutions for contractor management and safety-file submission/review processes.
    • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration and development practices.
    • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, workflows/Flow Designer and integrations.
    • Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
    • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

    Senior Technical Delivery Lead – Markets Division (12-Month Contract)

    • Are you a seasoned Technical Delivery Lead with a strong track record of delivering complex technology initiatives within a banking or financial services environment?
    • We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Lead to join the Markets Division on a 12-month contract in Sandton.
    • This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives, from strategy and planning through to implementation and successful handover. You will work across technology, architecture, business and vendor teams to facilitate decisions, resolve technical and delivery challenges, and ensure solutions meet business requirements while maintaining the stability of the IT environment.
    • You will also play a key role in identifying and closing architecture gaps, coordinating integration points and driving the timely resolution of outstanding actions across multiple stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and initiatives within agreed scope, budget and timelines.
    • Drive delivery across multiple technology teams and stakeholders, facilitating decisions and ensuring actions are closed out.
    • Manage innovation, business-as-usual initiatives and technical work requests.
    • Ensure project execution aligns with approved methodologies, governance and delivery standards.
    • Monitor delivery progress, risks, issues and dependencies and provide regular reporting through dashboards and governance forums.
    • Manage escalated project issues, delivery conflicts and integration matters.
    • Ensure technical designs align with architecture roadmaps and enterprise standards.
    • Identify and drive the closure of architecture and solution gaps, including the preparation of positioning papers where required.
    • Act as the key liaison for integration points between applications, technology teams and business areas.
    • Manage risks, audit findings and remediation activities.
    • Oversee application support, maintenance, health and stability.
    • Ensure adherence to IT change, release and governance processes.
    • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, technology teams and vendors.
    • Facilitate prioritisation, planning and delivery sessions.
    • Provide technical guidance and expert advice on complex technology environments and solutions.

    Experience

    • 10–15 years' experience in an IT environment across multiple IT disciplines.
    • Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead, Technical Project Manager or in a technology management/support leadership role.
    • Experience delivering complex technology initiatives and coordinating multiple technical teams.
    • Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
    • Experience working within banking or financial services environments will be highly advantageous.
    • Matric plus a relevant tertiary IT qualification.
    • Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Honours or relevant professional qualification.
    • MMP or equivalent ITSM qualification will be advantageous.

    Intermediate UX/UI Designer (12-Month Contract)

    • Are you a creative and customer-focused UX/UI Designer who enjoys turning complex business and user requirements into intuitive, engaging digital experiences?
    • Our banking client is looking for an Intermediate Designer to join their design team on a 12-month contract in Sandton. You will be responsible for managing design projects within established frameworks, working with senior designers where required, and creating solutions that meet both customer and business needs.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Create compelling UI/UX artefacts, including wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups, interface elements and storyboards.
    • Develop and maintain design elements, specifications and design assets.
    • Research the latest visual design, UI and interaction design trends, digital best practices and emerging technologies.
    • Develop visual, UI and interaction assets for use within the design system.
    • Conduct user experience and interaction design research to identify and solve user problems.
    • Develop user journeys, experience flows, navigation maps, prototypes and design specifications.
    • Contribute to user testing and formulate appropriate testing parameters to assess the customer experience.
    • Conduct competitor research and balance user needs, technical constraints and business objectives.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are successfully implemented.
    • Advocate for the end user throughout the design and development process.
    • Use user feedback and testing results to continuously improve the customer experience.
    • Ensure designs adhere to established design standards, patterns, principles and frameworks.
