    Senior Financial Manager

    Job Description:

    • This is a 12 - month contract with our client in the Banking sector. The working model is hybrid.
    • Oversee the governance, maintenance, and strategic lifecycle management of critical banking assets across branches, campuses, data centres, and ATMs. This role balances capital expenditure (Capex) control, financial reporting, risk mitigation, and team leadership to ensure asset availability and operational resilience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Asset Maintenance & Availability: Oversee day-to-day asset maintenance to ensure critical infrastructure remains reliable, safe, and fit for purpose.
    • Capital & Financial Control: Maintain accurate asset registers, registers control, valuation, and depreciation models; manage financial performance against targets and justify variances.
    • Lifecycle & Strategic Planning: Partner with Finance, Procurement, Tech, Facilities, and Risk to plan asset refreshes, replacements, disposals, and cost-optimisation strategies.
    • Governance, Risk & Compliance: Ensure full alignment with Group policies, accounting standards, regulatory obligations, health and safety standards, and audit expectations.
    • Stakeholder & SLA Management: Manage internal and external relationships to ensure strict adherence to service level agreements and client requirements.
    • Team Leadership & Process Improvement: Lead and develop a high-performing team while driving continuous process improvements and business continuity plans.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Qualifications: Relevant bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Asset Management, or a related field (CA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification advantageous).
    • Experience: 5+ years of senior experience managing capital expenditure, fixed asset registers, or infrastructure asset operations within banking, financial services, or a highly regulated multi-site environment.
    • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of fixed asset accounting standards, depreciation models, lifecycle costing, and financial risk controls.
    • Regulatory Expertise: Working knowledge of statutory, regulatory, health & safety, and procurement compliance frameworks.
    • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing technical teams and driving operational performance against strict SLAs.

    • Extensive experience in Financial Operations, Financial Reporting, Group Finance, or a related leadership role
    • Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, financial controls, governance, and regulatory compliance
    • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
    • Experience driving process improvement, digital transformation, and AI-enabled efficiencies within finance functions

    • We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives by analysing business processes, reporting requirements, and financial information to deliver meaningful insights and reporting solutions.

    Service Now TSM Developer

    Role Overview

    • Hands-on delivery role for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and integrate a Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) implementation. Focuses on order orchestration, CMDB/asset governance, and multi-system telecom integrations. (Pure build/implementation role; not administration/support).

    Key Responsibilities

    • TSM & Workflow Development: Build customer order management workflows, service/resource order decomposition, fulfilment orchestration, and Service Portal/Workspace solutions.
    • Complex Integrations: Develop integrations connecting ServiceNow to OSS/BSS, billing, provisioning, activation, ACS, and device management platforms using Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP, and Transform Maps (aligned with TM Forum Open APIs).
    • CMDB & Asset Management: Design CSDM-aligned CI class structures, relationship models, and inventory registries; configure Discovery, IRE rules, and full asset lifecycle controls.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Experience: 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (3+ years in build/implementation-focused roles).
    • Scripting & APIs: Advanced JavaScript and Glide API skills (Glide Record, Glide Aggregate, Glide Ajax, Script Includes) plus solid SQL/relational database knowledge.
    • Integration Expertise: Proven track record building complex multi-system integrations via Scripted REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and Import Sets.
    • CMDB & Asset Mastery: Deep expertise in CI class design, CSDM alignment, Discovery, IRE rules, and ServiceNow Asset Management.
    • Order Orchestration: Hands-on experience building order management and fulfilment workflow solutions in enterprise environments.
