• To take demand from Prestige client for any banking matters ranging from product questions to client account activities (e.g., account status, statements, debit order information, etc.), as well as personal account opening whilst forming an accurate assessment and understanding of that demand in order to act on it in a one-and-done manner that consistently delivers what matters to the client within product and legislative (e.g., FAIS) parameters.

Job Description

• To manage and develop all available resources (people, process and systems) within the branch / PORs to ensure a sustainable and profitable branch income statement and balance sheet as well as entrenching a strong client-focused culture.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (FAIS aligned)

Experience Required:

• 5-7 years of experience in banking or financial services
• Proven experience in branch management, including income statement management and all aspects related to sales and service
• Demonstrated expertise in Client Coverage and Relationship Management
• Strong background in Personal and Private Banking products and services

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• NQF Level 5 or equivalent qualification is mandatory.

Required Experience:

• Client Coverage: Personal and Private Banking
• A minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in branch banking is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of the bank's established policies and procedures related to teller operations and frontline support is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing bulk cash transactions and ATM operations.
• In-depth familiarity with legal aspects pertaining to cash handling is crucial.
• Thorough knowledge of various departments and their functions within a branch environment is necessary.
• Experience in customer service and relationship management within a banking context.
• Proficiency in using banking software and cash management systems.
