    Payroll Administrator (Temp)

    Purpose of the position

    • The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for supporting administration of payroll processing, administration of leave processing and employee benefit, audit support as well as support the payroll team with any other administrative requirements.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Grade 12 coupled with a Diploma in HR/Finance Management
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a payroll administration position
    • Strong system knowledge (Sage People; MS Office)
    • Clear criminal record
    • Clear credit record

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Prepare and maintains inputs for monthly payroll
    • Assists with the collation of payroll information
    • Assist with the calculation of salaries and benefits
    • Prepare monthly payroll input schedules
    • Assists with the handling of all employee enquiries relating to remuneration
    • Assists with employee benefits management
    • Supports the preparation and execution of all audits
    • Ensures processing of employee leave transactions
    • Supports the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
    • Ensure timesheet records and maintained
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Professional Nurse Clinician (OR Tambo)

    Purpose of the position:

    • Provision of life saving services in public health facilities and communities to establish high-quality, personcentered services for high-risk populations. In addition, tailored support for high- risk populations with treatment and prevention services.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Degree / diploma in Primary Health Care or relevant Nursing qualification
    • 2 years’ experience in nursing after registration
    • Registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse
    • NIMART trained
    • IMCI trained
    • Dispensing licence
    • Intermediate level computer (MS office) certificate
    • Proficiency in English & other african languages
    • Valid code 8 driver’s licence

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Develops and maintains relationships with all government departments, sectors, implementing partners, facility managers, educators and learner representative organisations in identified clusters
    • Maps out CBOs and hots spots for mobilisation of high-risk population and sites for peer-led mobile services
    • Implements and maintains the HIV and TB testing services (HTS) programme and screens high risk population to identify vulnerable beneficiaries
    • Implements person -centred services for high-risk populations and facilitates referral as needed
    • Ensures appropriate navigation and referral of all new cases for psycho- social support and social worker interventions
    • Ensures case management strategy is implemented by community
    • Submits weekly and monthly reports
    • Collaborates with Department of Basic Education (DBE), Department of Social Development (DSD), Department of Health (DoH) managers and community role-players to scale up person centred package of services
    • Provides mentorship to team members
    • Adheres to Infection Prevention Control (IPC) standards
    • Minimises the risk of needle stick injuries by ensuring that all staff follow the recommended protocol
    • Implements the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) protocol and ensures all staff adhere to the protocol
    • Up to date knowledge of HIV and TB guidelines

    Enrolled Nurse (OR Tambo)

    Purpose of the position:

    • The Enrolled Nurse will be responsible establish high-quality, person-centered services for high-risk populations under the direct supervision of the Nurse Clinician

    Minimum Requirements

    • Current registration with SANC
    • 2 years of working experience within a similar environment or any clinical setting

    Duties and Responsibilities    

    • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders in the community, facility managers, AYFS staff, institutions of higher learning and learner representative organisations in identified clusters
    • Collaborates with Department of Basic Education (DBE), Department of Social Development (DSD), Department of Health (DOH) managers, other Government Departments, Partners and community role-players
    • Maps out CBOs and community sites for continuation of person -centred services for high-risk populations  
    • Implements a diary system to ensure all beneficiaries initiated on HIV treatment and PrEP are diarised and follow up services provided to ensure continuity of care
    • Adheres to Infection Prevention Control (IPC) standards
    • Implements the Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) protocol and ensures all staff adhere to the protocol
    • Identify victims of sexual violence and referral for provision of minimum package of post violence care services, including HIV testing, PEP, STI screening, psychosocial support, and linkage to medical forensic services
    • Ensures appropriate navigation and referral of all new cases for psychosocial support and Social Worker interventions
    • Facilitate package of youth services through appropriate referrals to Nurse clinician
    • Provides mentorship to peer educators
    • Submits daily, weekly and monthly reports
