This includes projects across various sectors including Department of Transportation (DOT), municipal, federal, military, and private development. The type of work will also vary, but with a concentration on roadway and transportation design.
Essential Functions:
- Will be responsible for a staff of licensed professional engineers and engineers in training (EIT) with group growth expected
- Establishes employee performance goals, provides regular feedback and works with assigned technical team members to achieve individual goals.
- Mentors and coaches their direct reports.
- Able to direct engineering work to staff and assist when needed.
- Able to run civil engineering projects including: staffing, schedules, budgets.
