    Customer Manager

    Mission of the Role:

    • Join us as a Customer Manager. You will play a vital role in maintaining and increasing market share and profitability, support the company’s policies and procedures, receivables, stock holding, sales targets, territory management and customer support. 

    Your Mission:

    • Maintain and grow market share and profitability for Rock Drilling Tools
    • Acquire new customers and develop existing client relationships
    • Ensure continuous customer support, follow-ups, and after-sales service
    • Support and comply with company policies and procedures
    • Assist with collection of outstanding sales payments
    • Forecast sales and ensure correct stock ordering and replenishment
    • Manage orders, deliveries, back orders, and related documentation
    • Reconcile warehouse stock and invoicing figures on a regular basis
    • Monitor and report drilling efficiency statistics and market developments
    • Set and present monthly and annual sales targets
    • Apply correct pricing structures and prepare quotations for approval
    • Conduct product presentations and liaise on new products or design changes
    • Handle customer queries, claims, and product performance issues

    Your Profile:

    • Minimum of 5 years exposure to the sales and business development environments of the drilling / mining industry
    • U/G mining drilling experience. (supervisory level, i.e. shift supervisor / Drill Master or blasting ticket)
    • Tertiary qualifications in engineering and / or commerce or business administration will be highly regarded
    • Extensive rock tools knowledge.
    • Must have Blasting Ticket and shaft sinking experience.

    • We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Solutions Division (DSD) and help drive digital transformation by leveraging online channels, marketing automation, and ABM campaigns to accelerate revenue growth to support the divisional strategy and create impact.

    Your Mission:

    • Drive demand generation across social media and inbound marketing channels to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion, ultimately supporting revenue growth.
    • Design and manage an end-to-end customer journey, incorporating retargeting, lead nurturing, and lead-scoring strategies to optimise conversion outcomes.
    • Monitor, evaluate, analyse, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities and campaigns to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting dashboards with key performance metrics linked to digital channels, including website analytics and social media performance.
    • Ensure effective local and global execution of digital communication campaigns, with ongoing evaluation of campaign effectiveness and results against defined objectives.

    Your Profile:

    • At least 5 years’ experience in a B2B environment using digital communication channels.
    • Proven experience with online marketing KPIs, ROI measurement, paid media, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
    • Strong expertise in social media, digital analytics, and platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Meta and YouTube.
    • Confident collaborator, effective across all organisational levels and with internal and external partners.

    Mission of the role:

    • We are seeking a leader to drive the full lifecycle of product compliance.
    • This role combines expertise in testing, verification engineering, and product legislation to ensure our products meet global safety and regulatory standards.

    Your Mission:

    • Define and maintain test procedures for mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, ensuring rigorous verification standards.
    • Design and implement custom test fixtures and tools, while supporting technicians in executing compliance tests.
    • Analyze and report test data to confirm product performance and adherence to global compliance requirements.
    • Monitor and interpret international product legislation (e.g., Machine Directive, LVD, RED, ROHS, EMC) to guide compliance strategies.
    • Advise R&D teams on risk assessments, CE documentation, and functional safety, while delivering training on product legislation and safety standards.
    • Collaborate with global teams and represent the company in external regulatory forums to influence and align with industry standards.

    Your Profile:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electronic, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
    • 5-10 years of experience in verification and validation environment.
    • Extensive experience in product development and compliance.
    • Proven leadership in multidisciplinary teams that don't have direct reporting and complex projects.
    • Experience in underground mining
    • Certified or knowledgeable in functional safety standards (e.g., ISO 19296, EN ISO 12100, FMEA, FTA).

    Product Group Manager - Epiroc Manufacturing SA

    Mission of the role:

    • We are looking for a Product Group Manager to lead a portfolio of products within a defined application family. This role ensures strategic alignment across product lines, drives innovation, and oversees product development initiatives.
    • The PGM will manage a team of Technical Program Managers/Engineers and collaborate with R&D, project management, marketing, supply chain, and customer support to deliver high-quality, market-relevant products.
    • The ideal candidate has proven leadership in product management, strong strategic and execution skills, and a track record of delivering customer-focused products that meet business objectives.

    Your mission:

    • Define and maintain the 5-year strategic vision, 3-year roadmap, and annual development plans in collaboration with global product leaders.
    • Ensure alignment with global product strategies and drive commonality across platforms and regions.
    • Approve project scopes and design reviews, guiding execution of new product development, continuous improvement, and platform initiatives.
    • Monitor key performance indicators including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and production efficiency to assess product health.
    • Lead and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers/Engineers, ensuring role clarity, performance development, and career progression.
    • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with R&D, marketing, production, and customer service, while representing the product group in strategic forums.
    • Stay informed on market trends and customer feedback, organizing quarterly briefings to share insights and updates with internal stakeholders.

    Your Profile:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
    • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing TPMs/TPEs or similar functions.
    • Proven experience in strategic planning, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership.
    • Strong understanding of technical product development processes and systems engineering.

    Production Engineer

    Main Tasks

    • Assist and support in day-to-day production Quality Control.
    • Investigate problems, analyze root causes through team collaboration and derive resolutions by using problem solving tools.
    • Improvement projects related to SHEQ.
    • Support Continues improvement and Lean implementation.
    • Support the roll out of Internal Lean production processes.
    • Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
    • Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
    • Assist with developing standard operating procedures and equipment specifications for production activities where needed.
    • Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements through continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
    • Train Production teams on Lean tools - Train the trainer.

    Drawings

    • Ensure production equipment drawings, specifications and documentation are completed to standard.
    • Factory layouts (2D)
    • Mechanical drawings
    • Manuals, specifications

    Contractors

    • Negotiate costs.
    • Manage contractor safety documentation.
    • Ensure all contractors working on NCM sites are following safe practices.
    • Manage timeous and proper execution of projects.

    Project Management

    • Responsible for production continues improvement projects.
    • Ensure adequate design review and communication sessions with the relevant business unit.
    • Conduct feasibility studies as and when required.
    • Prepare technical drawings, layouts and designs required for construction.
    • Provide project close out documentation.
    • Identify technical and related improvements to equipment.
    • General communication and reporting
    • Interact with production team to ensure that production needs and expectations are understood and achieved.
    • Provide technical assistance to maintenance/production personnel for completed projects.
    • Other reasonable responsibilities and duties requested by Manager.

    Education and experience Requirements

    • B.Sc. Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
    • PR Eng (advantageous)
    • Mechanical Production Development and Machine design.
    • Lean experience - Continuous Improvement
    • Ability to use Mechanical CAD systems.
    • Autodesk Inventor
    • AutoCAD
    • Processes Optimization
    • Metallurgical Experience
    • Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics.
