    Remote Optimization Control Center (ROCC) Pilot

    • Your mission is to ensure the efficient, reliable, and optimized operation of gas and liquid supply chains by leveraging data-driven insights, real-time monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration to align daily activities with strategic business objectives.

    Your main responsibilities will be to:

    • Monitor and optimize daily production and distribution operations to meet cost, energy, and schedule KPIs.
    • Collaborate with energy and supply chain teams to minimize costs and align production with procurement strategies.
    • Lead crisis management efforts to resolve disruptions quickly and maintain supply chain continuity.
    • Contribute to strategic planning and S&OP processes and execute the planning as well as monitoring the planning  to ensure long-term operational alignment and efficiency.
    • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives to enhance process efficiency and decision-making.

    Minimum requirements:

    • You hold a bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. 
    • Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus but not mandatory

    Technical Skills:

    • Major skills required are data Analytics/Machine Learning (especially CODING) and operational monitoring technologies
    • You have a proven experience in process optimization, supply chain operations, or production management, with a high degree of autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving.

    Good to have:

    • Specialization in process optimization or energy management is a plus.
    • Knowledge of advanced automation systems or Total Landed Cost (TLC) principles is a plus.
    • Expertise in energy market optimization is beneficial.

    VA Commercial Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and develop annual sales strategy and annual sales plans for the year. Relationship building with public and private clients. Identify, and execute training of VitalAire staff with training Department support
    • Ensure that targeted sales, GPM’s and profitability met. Ensure VA policies and procedures are followed.Implement price and margin control policy. Compile monthly reports and maintain customer focus 
    • Forge and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.Conduct day-to-day performance management of the sales team in ensuring that sales are on track for achieving set KPIs (monthly, quarterly, mid-term and annual KPIs).

    Snr Bulk On-Site (BOS) Scheduler

    Your main responsibilities will be to:

    • Develop and execute production schedules that align with demand forecasts, operational capacity, and strategic objectives, adjusting for fluctuations and disruptions.
    • Leverage data analytics tools like Power BI and ALTO to optimize scheduling, improve logistics efficiency, and support decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production Planners, Energy Operations Analysts, and Operations Analysts) to ensure schedules align with energy sourcing, logistics, and operational goals.
    • Manage operational risks and disruptions by implementing contingency plans, resolving incidents swiftly, and maintaining Business Continuity Plans.
    • Enhance logistics and supply chain efficiency by refining transportation models and minimizing Total Landed Cost (TLC).
    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and forecast accuracy, driving continuous improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights to support long-term investment decisions and align scheduling with future demand and strategic goals.
    • Drive innovation and process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance digital tools, scheduling processes, and operational efficiency.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
    • You have proven senior experience (5 to 7+ years) in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management, with the autonomy to lead complex operational activities and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory. Additional language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.

    Facility Manager T17

    The Facility Manager at T17 oversees the development, operation, and maintenance of industrial assets, ensuring safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role leads the production and maintenance teams to achieve agreed-upon production volumes efficiently and safely, driving business growth.

    • Achieve Operational Excellence in Primary Production plant(s) in terms of safety, reliability and efficiency
    • Ensure the conformity of the plant and its good operation within defined rules Safety
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

    • Ensure the proper implementation of strategy & contribute to LI Performance (Accountable on entity costs of sales)

    • Strong knowledge of labour, environment, occupational health and safety laws

    Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job

    • Must have an expert knowledge and understanding of Production  models, methods, philosophies and shutdown procedure management
    • Must have an advanced knowledge and understanding of governing laws, policies, standards and procedures  
    • Must have an advanced knowledge and understanding of Operational Risk Management and Asset Management
    • Must have an advanced knowledge and understanding of SHERQ, SAP, Navision, Microsoft Office Products, Navision and Google suite of products
