Facility Manager T17 at Air Liquide

The Facility Manager at T17 oversees the development, operation, and maintenance of industrial assets, ensuring safety, reliability, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This role leads the production and maintenance teams to achieve agreed-upon production volumes efficiently and safely, driving business growth.

• Achieve Operational Excellence in Primary Production plant(s) in terms of safety, reliability and efficiency
• Ensure the conformity of the plant and its good operation within defined rules Safety
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Deliver products per customer contracts and demand
• Ensure the proper implementation of strategy & contribute to LI Performance (Accountable on entity costs of sales)
• Interface coordination with other teams (SIO, Maintenance, Industrial Direction, HSE---)
• Drive business growth through cost-effective and innovative solutions.

Are you a MATCH?

• B.Eng./B.Sc. Eng. /B.Sc. (Hons)/B.Sc./B. Tech (Eng) or Master Degree in Engineering

Experience

• 10+ years experience in plant management in industrial gas or chemical processes
• Strong knowledge of labour, environment, occupational health and safety laws

​ Knowledge and Know-how specific to the job

• Must have an expert knowledge and understanding of Production  models, methods, philosophies and shutdown procedure management
• Must have an advanced knowledge and understanding of governing laws, policies, standards and procedures  
• Must have an advanced knowledge and understanding of Operational Risk Management and Asset Management
• Must have an advanced knowledge and understanding of SHERQ, SAP, Navision, Microsoft Office Products, Navision and Google suite of products
