    Property Management (Facilities) Learner

    • We have one 12-month learnership opportunity available for a candidate within the Facilities team. 
    • The successful applicant will need to commit to the program for a period of 12 months and complete an Accredited NQF Level 4 Qualification while gaining valuable work experience.

    • Organised, with excellent attention to detail 
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills required

    IT Administrator

    • The IT Administrator will play a key role in maintaining the company’s IT networks, servers and security systems in collaboration with the outsourced IT vendor, providing 3rd line network support, and assisting with continuous IT improvement.

    Job Requirements

    • Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in IT and relevant certificates
    • A minimum of 5 years relevant IT support experience
    • Experience supporting multiple users
    • Relevant experience and knowledge with WAN and LAN networks
    • Active Directory. SQL Server and general database administration experience
    • NET programming experience
    • Relevant expertise when it comes to hosted server platforms and virtualised environments

    Areas of responsibility include:

    • Network and Server Infrastructure, Technical Support, Infrastructure Maintenance, IT Projects, Coordination of Outsource IT Services, and General Administration.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage outsourced service providers to maintain infrastructure health
    • Administer Microsoft SharePoint environment
    • User identity administration
    • Responsible for periodic file cleanups on servers
    • Assist with Disaster Recovery planning and testing
    • General database administration
    • Software license management
    • Set and manages user expectations
    • Provide staff training for the purposes of creating awareness around security and IT policies
    • Manage outsourced IT service provider with regards to timeous desktop support
    • General line of business application support
    • Monitor that outsourced IT vendor’s work is completed according to set standards and procedures as set out by IT Manager
    • Ensure backup procedures are followed daily by outsourced IT vendor
    • Monitor that outsourced printing services provider’s work is completed according to agreed timeframes

    Data Analyst

    • The Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming data into meaningful insights that support operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic decision-making across the business. This role will also require effective liaison with all stakeholders, to improve operations and executive decision-making consistently and continuously.

    Job Requirements

    • A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field at an accredited institution is advantageous. 
    • 3-5 years’ experience in business process mapping and data modelling and analytics.
    • Programming in Microsoft SQL, Power BI and DAX.
    • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

    Areas of responsibility include:

    • Data Analysis, Modelling and Reporting, Change Management, and Process Mapping.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect, clean, validate, and analyse data from multiple internal systems
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management and operational teams
    • Translate business requirements into analytical outputs and insights
    • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement across business processes
    • Support financial, operational, and customer-related analysis
    • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards are maintained
    • Collaborate with business users to improve data literacy and reporting usage
    • Assist with ad-hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as required
