    Marketing Intern (Y.E.S Program)

    Your tasks and responsibilities

    • Business administration training to meet the requirements of the position.

    HR Intern (Y.E.S. Program)

    Purpose of the Role:

    • To support the effective implementation of HR policies, processes, and systems, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and employee engagement across the hybrid workforce. This role acts as a key interface between employees, leadership, and outsourced HR services, while driving digital transformation and continuous improvement within the HR function.

    Your tasks and responsibilities:
    Employee Support & Policy Guidance

    • Provide expert guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, leadership practices, and people-related processes.
    • Promote consistent application of HR methods and tools to enhance employee experience and compliance.

    HR Operations & Data Quality

    • Collaborate with the outsourced HR Operations provider (GBS H2R) to ensure accurate and compliant employee data management.
    • Conduct regular audits of employee records and take corrective actions to maintain a “clean bill of health” for all Healthineers employee files.

    Digital Transformation

    • Drive digitalization initiatives within HR by enhancing forms, templates, and process workflows.
    • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and simplification of HR administrative tasks.

    Compliance & Legislative Awareness

    • Stay informed of changes in labour legislation and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
    • Support audit readiness by maintaining process standards and participating in internal and external audits.

    Onboarding & Induction

    • Coordinate technical onboarding and induction programs for new employees to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.

    Talent Acquisition & Development

    • Implement talent acquisition standards and support recruitment programs, including interns and trainees.
    • Execute administrative tasks related to recruitment, skills development, and compensation & benefits in line with established procedures.

    B-BBEE & Skills Development Support

    • Assist with data quality reviews, audit preparation, and coordination of B-BBEE Skills Development and Recruitment elements.

    Your qualifications and experience:

    • Strong knowledge of HR operations and South African labour legislation (LRA & BCEA & Codes of Good Practises).
    • Knowledge of Skills Development / B-BBEE
    • MS Excel and other similar IT related tools will be advantageous

    Customer Service Engineer Cape Town/Port Elizabeth (Y.E.S. Program)

    Your tasks and responsibilities:

    Under Supervision:

    • You complete a broad scope of technical tasks including installation/commissioning, maintenance and evaluation of customer’s equipment and systems among others. 
    • You support customers remotely and onsite and provides 2nd and 3rd level user support in case of arising issues. 
    • You contribute to or conduct the maintenance and improvement of internal tools, equipment, processes, and data repositories 
    • You contribute to or execute activities for estimation, planning, and review of technical tasks in support of overall project acquisition, negotiation, planning and management 
    • You may be involved in technical design and developments for service offerings as well as manage sub-contractors and monitor delivery. 
    • You will support all service processes and ensure optimal performance & efficiency in all process activities related to your area of responsibility. 
    • You will participate in training courses, including self-study, computer courses and on the job training as well as participate in skills development and knowledge transfer within the Customer Service Team. 
    • You will perform any other duties that may reasonably be expected from a Customer Service Engineer. 
    • This role provides support mainly for the Cape Town/Port Elizabeth regions however you may be required to support other regions.

    Your qualifications and experience:

    • Diploma in Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering/Clinical Engineering.

    Financial Analyst/Professional

    Financial Analyst

    • Completes financial planning and reporting activities.
    • Performs financial analysis regarding trends, financial structure, asset, cash and liabilities, etc.
    • Analyses and monitors key performance indicators and business performance and creates regular reports to management.
    • May perform and complete also projects re developing financial and controlling standards and guidelines.
    • Supports in risk management, treasury, M&A or tax aspects in order to manage the financial resources best.

    Foreign exchange

    • Monitoring foreign currency exposure, reconciling this to forward exchange cover and ensuring the risk is sufficiently hedged.

    • Setting up of controls and processes for the forex function.

    CS Controlling Scope

    • Monitor monthly costs development and collaborate with relevant stakeholders,

    • Perform month-end, quarterly and yearly closings (ICC cross charges, accruals, specific local requirements, physical count…),

    Qualification

    SAICA Trainee

    Your role:

    • Plans, prepares and consolidates balance sheet and P&L statements and reports, according to relevant accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, local standard etc)
    • Prepares reports for division or support function management
    • Analyse and evaluate assets and liabilities
    • Contributes with analyses relevant for annual financial statements
    • Co-operates with vendors, clients in reconciling the account status, on an accountable level
