    Events Co-Ordinator

    Description

    Event Co-Ordination:

    • Management and execution of all station or sponsored events, OBs and/or other activations according to the strategic and commercial objectives of the station.
    • Identify and present opportunities for the station to attract new audiences in the desired segments.
    • Work closely with the Marketing Manager to amplify all stations Below the Line (BTL) activity through intergrated marketing campaigns.

    Administration:

    • Implementation of administrative systems, procedures and policies; managing administrative requirements; maintaining reports and post event analysis.

     Budget and Client Brief Compliance:

    • Conceptulize, prepare budgets, and project manage internal & external activations as per briefs provided.
    • Adherence to set budgets for all activities.

    Marketing Support:   

    • Execute any other reasonable task as directed by the Marketing Manager.
    • Be available to work event after hours and over weekends.

    Stakeholder Relationships:

    • Engage and manage relationships with event promoters/organizers for media partnerships that align with the station’s objectives and targeted audiences.
    • Keep a database of suppliers with whom a favorable relationship is created and maintained.
    • Collaborating with internal departments (Traffic, Programming, and Digital) to ensure the achievement of team goals.

    Requirements

    Qualifications: 

    • National Senior Certificate
    • National Diploma - Events Management/Marketing

    Experience:

    • 2 Years in events co-ordination/management

    Drivers License:

    • Code EB; Articulated motor vehicle license - Essential

    Digital Content Producer

    Description

    Content Creation: 

    • Developing high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, videos, infographics etc.
    • Brainstorming and developing innovative content ideas that resonate with Yired’s target audience and ensuring that content produced aligns with current trends.
    • Ensuring content is consistent with the Company’s established and/or specified brand voice, style, and guidelines.
    • Building and/or collating campaign/event related pages or properties with relevant content, graphics, etc.

     Social Media Management:

    • Managing and curating content for social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring performance, and engaging with followers.

    Stakeholder Liaison:

    • Collaborating with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to produce visually appealing and effective content, in line with established guidelines.
    • Conceptualising with marketing to effectively interpret and execute brand campaigns and messaging.

     Reporting:

    • Analysing content performance metrics and using data to inform content strategy.
    • Providing reports on the performance of all digital platforms on a monthly basis.

    Requirements

    Qualifications: 

    • National Senior Certificate - Essential 
    • Bachelors Degree (3 years - 360 credits) - Marketing/ Communications - Essential 

    Experience:

    • Content Production - 2 years - Essential 

    Drivers Licenses:

    • Code EB; Articulated motor vehicle license - Essential
