    Finance Client Advisor

    • A well-established London-based firm, specializing in corporate finance, tax and accounting is seeking the above to deliver accounting and compliance services to a portfolio of clients to allow them to make better decisions and achieve their goals.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a relevant accountancy qualification
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience within an accounting firm or accounting role is essential
    • Must have experience in producing management accounts and VAT returns
    • Experience using Xero and Excel is advantageous
    • Strong attention to detail, effective workload management, and the ability to consistently meet deadlines are essential, along with strong communication skills and articulate expression

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Managing the delivery of work to a portfolio of clients.
    • Preparing and reviewing VAT returns, management reporting, CIS returns, and P11Ds.
    • Reviewing work from within Xero or the relevant accounting system.
    • Performing bookkeeping and data processing.
    • Setting up and training on Xero and related apps.
    • Developing budgets and forecasts.
    • Undertaking ad-hoc projects.
    • Managing client expectations and delivering up-to-date financials and compliance filings on time, every time.
    • Engaging in CPD and ongoing training.
    • Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive client data.
    • Working with other team members to meet deadlines.
    • Identifying opportunities to improve and streamline internal processes.
    • Training others on accounting systems and add-ons.
    • Acting in accordance with the business’s values and competency framework.
    • Communicating with direct line managers.
    • Communicating clearly and concisely with clients.
    • Demonstrating strong accounting knowledge, particularly regarding the requirements of FRS 102.

    Technical Sales Representative

    • An innovative and fast-growing supplier of water treatment technology is seeking a driven, technically minded Technical Sales Representative to spearhead growth in KwaZulu-Natal.

    Minimum requirements for the role:

    • Must have a relevant tertiary qualification
    • Minimum 2 – 3 years’ sales experience in a technical, industrial, or engineering environment
    • Ability and willingness to hunt for new customers is a prerequisite
    • Must have excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive territory growth
    • Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively within KZN and occasionally to Head Office

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Establishing the KZN territory from the ground up.
    • Identifying, prospecting, and developing new clients in manufacturing, engineering, mining, and industrial sectors.
    • Promoting and selling a range of technical products, including lubrication systems, filtration technology, fluid handling equipment, and maintenance solutions.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships with engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams.
    • Acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Offering product demonstrations and basic troubleshooting.
    • Liaising with internal engineers and product specialists for advanced client requirements.
    • Collaborating with management to define and execute a regional growth strategy.
    • Setting and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
    • Maintaining accurate client records, sales reports, and pipeline forecasts via the company CRM system.
