    Time & Attendance and Payroll Administrator

    • The purpose of the Time & Attendance and Payroll Administrator role is to accurately track and record employee attendance and to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Managing the day-to-day operations of the payroll office, including filing, maintaining personnel records, and assisting with accounting duties
    • Reconciling PAYE and preparing IRP5 certificates annually
    • Managing employee benefits statements and ensuring reconciliation between schedules and payroll records
    • Handling medical aid reconciliations
    • Ensuring compliance with employee policies and adherence to all legislative requirements
    • Processing monthly payroll elements, including overtime and allowances
    • Managing employee leave records and processing on ESS
    • Reviewing timesheet data and verifying hours worked on Xtime, including checking absences and overtime
    • Preparing payslips and addressing payroll-related requirements
    • Compiling salary, bonus, and salary increase schedules
    • Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees within the system
    • Accurately gathering and preparing remuneration data for processing
    • Balancing the monthly payroll and finalizing the payroll close-off
    • Running monthly reports and importing/exporting files as needed
    • Completing and submitting UI19 forms and UIF electronic declarations
    • Addressing and resolving daily payroll inquiries

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12
    • Diploma in Payroll Administration is advantageous
    • SAGE People 300
    • SAGE ESS (Web-self service)
    • Familiarity with Xtime
    • Previous experience in HR or Payroll is essential
    • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
    • Excellent communication skills

    Stores Supervisor

    • As the Stores Supervisor, you will be responsible to managing the inventory and supply chain operations specific to the mining environment. This role ensures that all materials, tools, and equipment are efficiently stored, tracked, and dispatched to support mining operations.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for mining operations
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations

    Diesel Mechanic - Yellow Equipment & Mobile Crushers

    • As a Diesel Mechanic, your key responsibility will be the overall maintenance and repairs of earthmoving equipment and Mobile Crushing and Screening equipment. The successful candidate should be physically and mentally fit and have a solid knowledge of basic mechanic’s tools, service, and diagnostic equipment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conducting repair and service work both on site and in the workshop
    • Machine assessments and complete job cards
    • Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
    • Tie workflow to schedule
    • Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
    • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions

    • Proven field service experience

    Port Manager

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Port Manager for our Port Operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all activities related to coal handling, loading, storage, and shipment at the port, ensuring efficient management of operations to minimize delays and optimize loading processes. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day port activities, optimizing workflows, and ensuring coal shipments are completed efficiently, safely, and according to schedule.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Port Operations Management

    • Oversee all port-related activities, including unloading, storage, and loading of coal onto ships for export
    • Monitor port operations to ensure timely and accurate loading of coal to meet export schedules
    • Work closely with terminal operators and port workers to ensure smooth coordination of coal transport from the port area to vessels

    Team Leadership & Coordination

    • Lead, supervise, and train port supervisors, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge for optimal performance
    • Coordinate with internal teams (coal operations, transport) to align port operations with overall business objectives
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all port-related issues, ensuring that any problems are resolved swiftly

    Supply & Transport Coordination

    • Coordinate with the transport team to ensure timely delivery of coal to the port from mining locations
    • Work closely with customs and regulatory authorities to ensure that all necessary documentation and permits for exports are in place
    • Manage inventory control of coal at the port, ensuring adequate storage space, accurate stock levels, accurate quality, and proper handling procedures

    Stakeholder Management

    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including port authorities, shipping companies, and third-party service providers
    • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    • Provide regular reports to senior management on port performance, issues, and operational improvements

    Cost Management

    • Oversee and manage the budget for port operations, ensuring cost control while maintaining operational effectiveness

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in port operations management, logistics, or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role
    • Experience in dealing with Transnet Port terminal employees
    • Experience in the coal industry or bulk cargo handling is highly desirable
    • In-depth knowledge of port operations, safety regulations, customs, and export procedures
    • Proven experience in managing large-scale logistics operations and working with various stakeholders, including shipping lines, port authorities, and customs officials

    Logistics Manager - Coal Short Route Transport

    • The Logistics Manager for Coal is responsible for managing the truck transportation, storage, and moving of coal for Mining sites. This role ensures efficient logistics, operations and trucks management that compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and optimal stock management to meet operational and customer demands.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage Weighbridge, Loaders, Stockpiles and Transport Contractors
    • Manage transportation logistics for inbound and outbound coal shipments
    • Coordinate transport providers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries
    • Reconciliations of stock and load weights and off load weights, trips, and paperwork
    • Working knowledge of SAP and Excel

    • Strong knowledge of coal handling, transportation methods, and storage best practices
    • Experience with SAP is preferred
    • Familiarity with industry regulations, including environmental and safety compliance
    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
