    • Our mandate is to provide the foundational support and enablement necessary for the bank to deliver superior conversational and search experiences, driving engagement and value for our customers.
    • In this role, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing language models, by utilising natural language processing and understanding skills. Your work will specifically involve advancing generative AI capabilities through the application of LLMs, ensuring intelligent and contextually relevant conversations within our conversational interfaces.
