    Social Media Coordinator

    Purpose of role

    • Our client looking for a highly organized and proactive Social Media Coordinator to manage their social media presence, and community engagement. This role will be responsible for posting and responding to all comments, managing interactions, and finding user-generated content for resharing. You will also manage Google reviews and liaise with marketing and IT for content-related queries.

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Manage daily social media activities, including posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers across multiple platforms.
    • Monitor and manage all social media messages and interactions, ensuring timely responses.
    • Find and curate tagged posts and user-generated content for resharing on brand social media accounts.
    • Liaise with the marketing and IT teams as needed for content-related questions and assistance.
    • Respond to all Google reviews across various club locations, ensuring consistent brand communication.
    • Set up creative and ad campaigns for social media ads across all clubs, including requests for new creatives.
    • Given your experience, you might also handle the editing and optimizing of PPC accounts throughout the month to support ongoing offers and promotions.
    • Manage invoices and track expenses related to paid media and advertising campaigns.

    Skills/Experience 

    • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, including content scheduling, engagement, and community management.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with online communities and manage customer feedback.
    • Experience in managing multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter) and using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social)
    • Basic SEO.
    • A keen eye for user-generated content and brand storytelling.
    • Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

    Desirable

    • An interest in the health and fitness industry. 
    • Familiarity with Google Ads and experience editing PPC campaigns.
    • Ability to manage invoices and track expenses for paid media campaigns.

    Demand Generation Specialist

    • The Demand Generation Specialist, overseeing a small marketing team will work towards defining a demand-generation strategy that will strengthen inbound tactics, lead management, and sales enablement to achieve Company objectives & KPIs.

    Duties and Responsibilities 

    • Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies aligned with Potentiam's goal of increasing revenue from 6M to 10M+
    • Optimise and streamline CRM and lead management processes to achieve 20 on-profile meetings per month
    • Collaborate with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates
    • Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, content marketing, etc.)
    • Analyse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve marketing ROI
    • Oversee the creation and distribution of content that attracts and engages Potentiam's target audience
    • Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads effectively
    • Conduct regular market research to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
    • Manage relationships with external marketing vendors and agencies as needed
    • Report directly to the Founder Director and work closely with the executive team to align marketing efforts with overall business strategy

    Skills and Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or similar roles with a track record of transforming sales & marketing functions
    • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and nurturing, preferably in the professional services or HR/Talent landscape tech industry
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
    • Experience with CRM systems (particularly HubSpot) and marketing automation
    • Ability to optimise processes and improve operational efficiency
    • Experience with sales enablement and alignment between marketing and sales
    • Excellent communication and project management skills

    Business Development Representative

    • The objective of the role is to qualify and convert leads through a structured discovery process and book meetings for yourself and the Relationship Directors and progress prospects through a structured buyers journey. In addition to the provision of leads developed from the support of Potentiams Marketing team you will also develop and assigned set of target accounts via an Account Based Marketing strategy. 
    • Initially you will work closely with the Relationship Directors to identify and develop new client opportunities and arrange to hand over accounts to the relationship director once these have been established.
    • The role has a defined progression path to becoming a Business Development Manager with end-to-end sales responsibility across a variety of sectors including IT Services, SAAS, E-Commerce, Financial Services, Professional Services, Accountancy and Engineering 
    • Drive “new” customer acquisition growth by making outbound calls & doing outreach campaigns to prospective businesses for Potentiam’s offshore services using our CRM
    • Qualify opportunities – Qualify all sales opportunities provided via Potentiam’s lead generation channels and provide regular feedback on the performance of leads
    • Account management – work closely with account management in the handover of the client to be managed once the role(s) has started working
    • Target – Responsible for achievement of monthly/ quarterly new business targets for meetings
    • CRM and pipeline management – Track all calls and communications in Potentiam’s CRM as well as manage all sales pipeline tracking and target reporting
    • KPIs – qualifying on-profile Clients & booking meetings as directed by the Founder
    • This role will suit a target-driven & commercially savvy sales professional with a B2B sales background and a consultative selling approach. You need to be comfortable engaging with corporate clients at a variety of levels up to and including C-Suite.
    • Consultative Sales Experience.
    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a B2B sales role. 
    • Proven experience within the professional services sales arena securing meetings through effective consultative selling.
    • Ability to articulate complex concepts in simple succinct terms.
    • Strong English written ability and excellent business communication skills is essential.
    • Experience of operating within an Account Based Marketing framework
    • Experience of working with CRM databases, ideally Hubspot.
    • Be commercially aware and able to deliver profitable proposals that meet internal guidelines.
    • Be organised and self-aware, consistently following up on leads and planning ahead.
    • Target driven and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.
    • A good understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    • Background in technology sales, international exposure, and consulting will be hugely desirable
    • A conceptual understanding of information technology, digital marketing, analytics, or finance beneficial

    Project Manager

    • The Project Manager is an essential role in the efficient and collaborative execution of company projects. The Project Manager role requires an understanding of the importance of adaptive planning, iterative development, and continuous improvement and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget, timeline, and scope, upselling an cross-selling their impressive offering.

    Responsibilities

    • Facilitating and leading agile processes such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives. 
    • Setting up project teams and ensuring they run smoothly.
    • Collaborating with team members and stakeholders to determine project goals, project scope, and deliverables, ensuring that they align with business objectives. 
    • Managing and prioritising product backlog by working closely with the product owner. 
    • Supporting the consultancy team in various ways, such as removing obstacles and bottlenecks that delay progress, allocating resources as needed, and escalating major issues as necessary. 
    • Monitoring project progress and providing timely updates on project status to stakeholders using agile metrics and visual management tools. 
    • Promoting a culture of collaboration, self-efficiency, and continuous improvement to foster agile teams. 
    • Applying agile methodologies, principles, and practices to drive efficient project development, adapting the methodologies as needed.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • 3-5yrs Senior project management experience. 
    • Experienced in delivering Agile projects. 
    • A strong MSP / IT services company background (5+yrs) with exposure to delivering Infrastructure / Cloud and Managed Services projects.
    • Particularly, experience and knowledge of SAP projects, S4Hana or ERP is highly valuable, or infrastructure within a Microsoft environment.
    • Commercially minded with experience in owning & managing project financials.
    • Experienced in delivering multiple projects concurrently. 
    • Good background in resource planning and management. 
    • Prince 2 certifications (any other acceptable).
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborator.
