    JOB PURPOSE:

    • To manage and co-ordinate projects from inception to completion. To plan, organise and manage all relevant resources to ensure the successful outcome of the project goals and objectives in order to meet project expectations.

    JOB FUNCTION:

    • Define scope of project and generate plan accordingly

    Job Purpose

    Job Description    
    Purpose of the Job:

    • The Debtors Clerk will be responsible to provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of customer accounts. The Cash Book Clerk is responsible for data verification, reconciliation, and bank statement processing.

    Laboratory Supervisor - Nelson Mandela Metropole (Gqeberha Port Elizabeth)

    Job Purpose

    • To manage the process of chemical and battery testing to ensure that it is carried out effectively and efficiently as per the requirements that have been established internally as well as that of OEM requirements and international standards as specified by Customers.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Incoming product – elemental/ chemical testing and verification of product COC’s as specified in the Laboratory Control Plan
    • Manufacturing in-process product sampling testing as per defined work methods referenced in the Laboratory Control Plan.
    • Management of 3rd party laboratory specialized testing.
    • Finished product audits, including battery  performance testing/ requalification for compliance to specified standards or as agreed by Customers.
    • Representation/ reporting out of data in a statistical format for ease of  review and understanding
    • Ontime testing, processing of data and verification of records. Easily retrieval of records as and when required. 
    • Accuracy of test methods followed through observational audits. Ontime reporting of test results.
    • Input to Approved Supplier Scorecards. Ongoing interaction with 3rd Party Laboratory to identify improvement opportunities and cost reductions.
    • Test results evaluated and distributed to relevant members. Compliance to audit schedules.
