    MDC Consultant

    We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant to join our Multi-Disciplinary team. The Consultant will be responsible for providing expertise as a generalist consultant with expertise that span process analysis, business analysis, design thinking, user experience and design, change management, data insights, project management, and serving as a product owner in Agile Scrum methodologies. This role will involve working closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify improvement opportunities, design efficient processes, and manage projects from initiation to successful implementation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough analysis of client business processes, identifying pain points and improvement areas.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
    • Utilise established methodologies and frameworks to evaluate existing processes and recommend optimised solutions.

    • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance consulting service offerings. An understanding of Artificial Intelligence and cloud technologies would be beneficial.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (minimum of 5 years) across process analysis, business analysis, project management, change management, customer experience design and product ownership.
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
    • Solid knowledge of process improvement techniques, including Six Sigma, Lean, and BPM.
    • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) and Project Management (e.g. PMP) is highly desirable.
    • Proficient in using project tools and software (e.g. Jira, Trello, Miro, MS Project).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.

    As a Senior Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role in bringing static designs to life through movement and visual storytelling. Some of your responsibilities will include:

    Data Modeller- CPT

    Role overview

    • A data modeler is a systems engineer who organizes raw data to make it easier to understand and process. The role will help data analysts understand trends, opportunities, and solutions to technical problems. This is will be accomplished through the use of modelling language or specific software. The role will be responsible for ensuring that their data is both structured and modelled effectively so that it can be used and understood.

    Responsibilities and KRA’s

    • Work with the BIBAs to gather requirements for the database design and model

    Role overview

    • The Data Governance Analyst will monitor and enhance enterprise data governance activities including monitoring the quality and managing the protection of sensitive data and information assets. The position will focus on ensuring adherence to the data policies, standards and processes, by all squads in the bank, to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and protection to meet overall business needs.     CX Designer - JHB

    A CX designer is responsible for facilitating and aiding in the transformation of the mindsets of those in the business whom he/she is collaborating with to develop the ultimate customer experience (service and products) that will meet both customer and business needs. These individuals must have an in-depth understanding of the ‘outside-in’ philosophy, understand needs elicitation and the understanding of the entire customer ecosystem.
