    IT Project Manager – (6 to 12 months)

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Leadership:

    • Build and develop project teams, fostering high performance through clear purpose, direction, and motivation.
    • Lead projects from initial requirements gathering through to deployment, including scope definition, risk mitigation, budgeting, and scheduling.
    • Ensure adherence to established methodologies and governance frameworks while maintaining clear communication channels and regular milestone reviews.

    Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.
    • Lead meetings with senior leadership to define strategic objectives, project success factors, and stakeholder alignment.
    • Serve as the first escalation point for any project-related risks or issues.

    Planning and Execution:

    • Coordinate resources to meet project goals, proactively managing priorities with business leaders.
    • Monitor project performance against timelines and budgets, addressing deviations and keeping projects on track.
    • Produce and present accurate, targeted progress reports for decision-making purposes at all levels.

    Change Management:

    • Partner with the change management team to ensure teams are prepared for business readiness and go-live activities.
    • Facilitate knowledge-sharing and provide relevant information to support seamless execution during change initiatives.

    Quality and Governance:

    • Implement and maintain robust project governance structures, ensuring compliance with the organization’s delivery standards and stage gate requirements.
    • Participate in governance bodies, such as risk management and design forums, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with functional teams, including procurement, HR, legal, and finance, to mitigate risks and support project execution.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • IT Diploma or Degree.
    • Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing IT-related projects (infrastructure and applications).
    • Proven experience leading complex, high-stakes projects in IT environments.
    • Strong project planning, design, control, and implementation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage resources, allocate budgets, and deliver within tight deadlines.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.

    Business Analyst/Consultant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Analyze and document business needs into functional solutions.
    • Collaborate with teams to develop and test solutions.
    • Proactively manage incidents and improve processes.
    • Write technical specs and oversee handovers to service teams.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years in business analysis, specs writing, and software design.

    Lead Site Reliability Engineer

    Main Responsibilities include:

    • Work closely with the Platform & Product engineering teams to ensure that the platform, infrastructure and services are designed and optimised for availability, latency and performance
    • Own and configure observability tooling
    • Create and tune alerts to ensure we have adequate warning of impending failures, and check alerts as they are raised
    • Investigate and resolve support issues escalated from the Tech Support team
    • Lead incident response, resolution, root cause investigation, retrospective writing up and follow-up actions so we can take every opportunity to learn, improve and make our services more resilient
    • Identify patterns in incoming incidents and document these for further investigation
    • Collaborate with other SREs and Tech Support to improve processes and share knowledge/best practice

    Skills/Experience Required:

    • End-to-end delivery/ automation in a SRE, Platform or DevOps team
    • Agile development practices & legacy platforms
    • Engineering background, and is familiar with modern programming languages, ideally Python
    • Scripting for automation
    • Experienced in investigating and resolving technical issues, spanning performance, functionality and system interactions
    • GCP, AWS, Azure (ideally GCP)
    • Has strong experience and knowledge of observability, both in terms of best practices and tooling implementation/use (Datadog preferable, others will be accepted)
    • Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or alternatives
    • CI/CD Tools (preferably GitLab)
    • Database experience and ability to understand/write SQL (mySQL/MariaDB preferable)
    • Solid understanding of Linux Operating Systems (Debian preferable)
    • Has understanding of the DevSecOps culture and experience in delivering technical outcomes within this culture
    • Previous exp managing / mentoring a team
    • SAAS Environment exp
