Description

We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to provide input and project management support to the Smollan Content Marketing capability, aligned to the implementation and execution of Smollan’s Content Marketing strategy. This includes supporting with the production and distribution of content and initiatives to be used across the business globally, targeted at External and Internal Client audiences and manage reporting on defined projects and campaigns.

 Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:

Project Management

• Contribute to the creation of the annual key projects’ strategy for the Content capability, mapping out required tasks for strategy implementation.
• Create and manage a content calendar and schedule deadlines.
• Create content that is aligned to platform strategies to meet target audience needs.
• Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure content plans are aligned to business needs, brand narrative and client needs.
• Collaborate with broader Marketing team for input into content planning, taking into account Brand, Product & Service and Regional requirements.
• Manage and supervise all Content projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members, ensuring that all parties are on track with project requirements, budgets, deadlines, and schedules.
• Determine project and campaign budgets and ensure team adherence.

Content Research and Reporting

• Perform continuous research to understand Smollan audience content needs.
• Use data and insights to make recommendations to content plans and activities.
• Perform continuous research to understand and make recommendations on channel utilisation, based on business, and client needs.
• Manage reporting and analytics of all content channels and platforms utilised to reach external audiences.
• Support Marketing leadership in defining key trends and insights derived from all reporting.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of surveys that impact audiences.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
• Work closely with relevant stakeholders in the formulation of plans and activities to support project implementation.
• Proactively manage stakeholder updates and communicate project progress.
• Effectively manage escalation of project tasks to internal stakeholders and/or external third-party suppliers.

Requirements
