    Digital Marketing and Communications Intern

    Attention Graduates! Our client based in the East Rand area is seeking a recently qualified Digital Communications graduate to join their team in the manufacturing sector for a 12-month internship. Applicants must reside in the Eastern Suburbs area, have obtained a relevant tertiary qualification, and have own vehicle. Candidates who have already completed a 12-month internship will not be considered.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
    • Perform market analysis and research on competition.
    • Support the communications team in daily administrative tasks.
    • Assisting in updating and monitoring company website.

    • Monitoring and updating Google AdWords.

    Switchboard and Receptionist Intern

    • provide switchboard relief.
    • Accept deliveries and dispatch to the correct departments
    • General administrative duties.
    • Responding to all customer queries
    • Answering of switchboard and telephone to take down messages to assist clients and inform the relevant team members.
    • Keep the Front desk area neat and tidy.
    • Copy, file and maintain company records.
    • Making appointments.

    Requirements

    • Matric 
    • Tertiary qualification in either one of the following; Business Administration, Business Management, office administration or customer service.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • Professional attitude and appearance.
