Purpose of Job:
- Technical Expert to leverage deep domain expertise in Cooling water Management , water chemistry, and industrial / mining applications to drive various value generation opportunities and sustainability initiatives. You'll provide expert guidance, technical support, and training to sales teams, channel partners, and customers, while managing the product lifecycle for this chemical portfolio. Promote profitable growth, innovation, and sustainability in water management solutions.
Required outputs: Functional

- Provides technical support to Sales and channel partners w.r.t. program selection and optimisation, product testing and tender submissions aligned to technical specifications

- Assists with troubleshooting and resolving product quality issues and NCRs
- Conducts product and applications training for Sales personnel, customers and channel partners
- Leads technical training and skills upliftment campaigns in line with company skills gap and training needs analyses
- Works individually, or in multi-disciplinary teams on strategic projects defined by the H.O.D. or Executive Directors.
- Works in conjunction with Product Manager for Monitoring & Control, to promote and implement onsite monitoring and control solutions
- Provides technical/application input into proposal development
- Conducts analysis of portfolio market share and business attrition rate
- Ensures personal safety compliance and manages safety risks in his/her areas of responsibility
- Promotes company safety culture by inculcating Zero Harm initiatives in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and expertise required (Must)
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Microbiology
- Additional Business qualification/s will be advantageous
- Successful completion of various AECI Water in-house e-learning modules

Purpose of the Job
- To to install, maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and optimise Chemcial Plant machinery and Mechanical / Electrical equipment to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operations.

Role and Responsibilities:
Legal Advisory Services
- Provide legal advisory services to AECI businesses
- Provide advice to and support the management team and business units in mitigating legal related risks
- Create and maintain legal framework for the activities of the AECI Group
Stakeholder Management
- Develop, revise, advise and establish Contracts Strategies taking cognizance of Strategic Sourcing initiatives
- Understand customer requirements and correctly interpret requirements and scope of contract information to select correct suppliers, obtain quotes, place orders and / or send out tenders and award contracts accordingly
- Manage and monitor that suppliers / contractors are selected, approved and audited against defined standards
